I had a very disappointing experience at PNC Bank with an employee named Alif. His attitude was unprofessional and unhelpful, and instead of assisting me with my concerns, he made the process more frustrating and insulted me. I expect a higher standard of customer service, especially from a bank that handles important financial matters. Unfortunately, this interaction left me with a very negative impression of both this branch and PNC Bank overall.

Worst customer service EVER. Avoid this bank at all costs. Their IRA department is behind an impenetrable wall of frustration. Good luck if you need their help beyond the very simple basics.

Just called to set up an appointment, the lady or little girl who answered was unprofessional. She answers the phone while talking and having conversations and when I say hello to ask if I’m even calling the right place she says hello once and slams tf out of the phone. It’s sad that people like her get jobs like these. To top it off now nobody’s answering… what a place of business.

What a joke of a place!! Went 2 days in a row to cash an e check to get told I just deposit it like a normal check. Went to my bank and they don’t accept e checks so I go back to cash it and they tell me they don’t have the funds to cash it. Couldn’t have told me that the previous day? Plus it’s a damn BANK. That’s what they do.. this place is TRASH!!!! Glad for the multiple 1/ 0 star reviews

Believe the 1 star bad reviews. If we could give it 0 stars we would. Every location is an absolute nightmare since they have switched over. Stick with anyone besides them. I also have Chase and Cap 1 accounts, guess I will have to go with one of them again for my needs. A client needed a business account and I pointed them towards a credit union and Chase.

Since they switched over to PNC it has been the worst banking experience. Take your business elsewhere if possible. Capitalism has failed us all.
