I am highly offended by the prejudice and discrimination shown to me in this store by the lady running today. . I came in to purchase jewelry and had my small crossbody purse on me .I was shopping and an Asian lady approached me and gave me a look as if I had stolen something and said I had to leave my purse in the locker upfront so I complied but then I noticed that the Caucasian woman who had been in the store longer than me was carrying her purse and not asked to put her purse up in locker .Then another Asian lady came in, and the same she was carrying her purse around in the store as well . ONLY I had been asked to put my purse up. I'm Caucasian, Native American, and African American, so I'm assuming this treatment was due to my ethnicity and dark skin. I walked out and will not be returning .How shameful to discriminate ,you lost an honest customer ,I went to Js world Trading next door and purchased $220 in jewelry. Your lose, their gain

The workers are rude and their prices are higher than other places. I won't shop here anymore.

I hadn't been here in a long time. Great prices, nice items. Precious stones are their specialty.

This place lost my business for good. Accusations of theft are a pretty dangerous thing to toy around with. Today the younger girl who is always walking around was looking in my purse. You can see me struggle to get in the door with my stroller without helping, but you HAVE The time to accuse me of stealing? DONE. their jewelry is junk and overpriced anyway.

There are so many beads! There is a $50 minimum to purchase because they are a wholesale store, but you will want to buy a lot. If you're not planning on spending that much or more, then don't go.

Bead on Bead is my go to store if I just have to have some not so common stones. They have a huge variety of everything including findings. I don't mind the $50 minimum because when dealing in stones its very easy to do. Great Selection of stones and findings, I would recommend this store in a heartbeat.

Super bad and lousy business . They are always watching you as if you were going to steal something, besides they are always asking you if you are ready to pay. And worst of all is that the minimum purchase is $ 50, they don't tell you at the beginning. I know there are signs saying it but maybe you don't read everything.

Great selection, but the $50 minimum is a turn off. So many abrasive signs and no one on the floor to help. I didn’t purchase this visit and probably won’t be back.

First time shopping here and my experience wasn't preferable. I was shopping there for my cousin, and my cousin was present via video chat to ensure I purchased exactly what she needed/wanted. So the lady approaches me once after having been in the store for about 15 minutes and asks me to not separate the strands of beads from the bunches unless I know for sure that I am going to purchase them. Okay, that's understandable. But stop watching me like a hawk. Strike 1. Then let's say maybe about 15 to 20 minutes later she approaches me again this time telling me in a jumble of scattered improperly placed words that next time during my shopping experience not to video chat so long while in the store or not to take pictures, and then asked if I needed help. Strike 2. As a new shopper shopping for someone else you have now eliminated any possible future business from me. Parenting me like that while I'm giving you business. The nerve. Nor was I snapping pictures, or loud, or rearranging the stores inventory. It was uncomfortable and an unpleasant experience. I will never for myself or anyone shop here again. On the positive side, the store has a massive and beautiful selection of stones, beads, charms, etc.

I will never come back unless they lift the $50 minimum. Yes, they had some beautiful beads, but their customer service was horrible and I'd prefer them not to dictate how much of my money I can spend. The average crafter/jeweler only wants to spend about $20to $30. I don't think it's good business to lose money. That's what they're doing by having a $50 minimum.
