I am disgusted by the customer service. I ordered this fan two months ago. It stopped working all of a sudden I had an electrician out twice the wires inside a faulty. The mechanism of the fan is faulty also. This store refused to replace and give me a new fan that is not a lemon fan with a broken mechanism. They refuse to reimburse me. Don’t ever shop here again with this made in China or made in Taiwan cheap mechanisms that after two months they refused to reimburse or give me a new fan, I was happy to return the old fan so they could see that the mechanism is a lemon I bought this online store and I’ll never shop here again. Don’t buy anything from this store. It’s all made in China or Taiwan disgusting customer service to not have at least six months or one year warranty On your products!!!

I recently had an issue with [celling fan/service] from Bed Bath & Beyond, and unfortunately, my experience with their customer service was not satisfactory.
Despite reaching out for assistance on [ 7/23/24], the problem remains unresolved. I contacted customer service via [phone/email/chat], and while the representatives were polite, they were unable to provide a solution or follow up effectively.
I expected better from a company with such a strong reputation. I hope they can improve their customer service process to address issues more efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction.
