Kat is AMAZING ? she is vibrant, inspired and knowledgeable enough to work with any physical limitations you may have and goes above and beyond to work with you!I ended up relocating half way through our contract and she still trained me via Zoom and had me feeling fit AF for my wedding day!

I worked with Kat and trained for a year before my wedding! Wow! Not only did I get in shape and feel confident for my big day, but I also had so much fun! It was a great stress reliever too during the craziness of wedding planning and work! I occasionally brought my fiancé to sessions with me and we had the best time getting in shape together. The team also helps with nutrition which I loved! I cannot recommend Bells & Barbells enough!

I have been working at Bells and Barbells as the Operations Manager since December of 2021. This job has been so rewarding and fun! Seeing the Brides/Grooms/Wives come in and change their lives is truly amazing! There is nothing like seeing some walkout form their sessions feeling confident!The owner Katherine is so dedicated to her clients and staff! She goes above and beyond to make sure they have the tools and training they need to succeed in being the BEST trainer for their client.I would recommend this studio to anyone who is looking to work with trainers who truly care, are professional, and will get you the results you are looking for!

Bells and Barbells helped me meet my goals leading up to my wedding. I loved my training, they are extremely knowledgeable and safe with your body , and I was so happy in my wedding dress, in my bridal portraits and felt SO good rocking my bikini on my honeymoon. I cant reccomend B&B enough! Its the perfect way to get in shape and destress for your big day!

I signed up after my wedding but before a big trip we had planned for our anniversary. Kat and team were able to work with me to improve my health, gain strength and improve my form for future work outs. It is a great environment to work hard and have fun!

Kat was my personal trainer and I also utilized the nutrition package too. I learned so much about how I interact with food and I continue to use all the skills I was taught. Kat is an excellent personal trainer. She helped push me to constantly be upping my weight and motivated me to continue during harder sets. All the work really paid off. Additionally, I had some pain in my lower back and she was great about helping me understand why I had the pain and helped me fix it. I highly recommend the entire Barbells team.

I started with B&B 8 months prior to my wedding and enjoyed the time leading up to the big day. While I didn’t hit the size 8 goal I mentally planned for, I was able to confidently try on dresses after just 3 short months, find my perfect dress and ordered a size smaller then recommended!

I was hesitant to sign up for a personal trainer, mostly out of fear of wasting money/not getting results - but Bells & Barbells exceeded all expectations! I've worked with Eric for the past 6 months, and my body has changed SO much since day 1. I really leaned on B&B to hold me accountable with workouts and eating healthy through the stress of wedding planning + quarantine, and they did NOT let me down. B&B helped me feel like an athlete again, gain confidence, and helped me develop healthy habits that I'll take with me even AFTER the wedding. I can't recommend B&B enough!

I trained with Bells and Barbells for about 10 months. I can confidently say I've never had more muscle on my body! I didn't get bulky, but toned. They fine tune your workouts depending on how far out from your wedding you are as well as what areas of your body you want to improve. My trainers Richard and Eric were absolute all stars and I never dreaded my sessions! Would recommend them to anyone getting married soon.

I cannot say enough about Bells & Barbells! I feel like I have tried every diet, every workout plan and I just couldn't stick to anything. I know long term success depends on consistency. Bells and Barbells not only fueled me with the knowledge I needed to keep a healthy lifestyle but I am down 11 inches! Kat really held me to that self accountability and I finally feel like I made a breakthrough with myself. The trainers are amazing and I love the diversity of the employees. I am apart of the LGBTQIA community and it is important to me to have the inclusivity. I have not just found a plan that works for me, but I also feel like I found great friends in the process. If you are on the fence with signing up, just do it!
