I was trying to change one of my tire and I asked him to check the tire and one of the Mexican guy. The old guy came and take it off the tire and I saw it on the tire is only one nails. After four and five minute, the guy called me and he say he got four nails on the tire before he take the tires I was checked. It was only one and he put three nails on my tires and he try to scam me to pay him or buy a new tire. And I called to the office and then some lady came and I was explaining to her she wouldn’t listen to me and they have a terrible customer service and they are disrespectful.

Great place, been coming here for over 6 years. The new guys need to just liven up and have a better attitude with regard to customer service. They can be very stand offish at times and its not too nice. The old guys used to be really friendly and jovial. Beyond this, its an awesome business.

So I Bought 2 used tires from here because I was in need of 1 tire as I noticed the wires coming out. These people told me I would need 2 tires and charges me $60 a tire. Okay cool. I get home, I look at the tires cause I'm wondering why are they so dang high? And both tires have chips in it. Now I know this isn't safe, and I have a child. So you guys would put me and my child in danger just to grab a quick buck? That's disturbing, I would give no stars, but people need to know to keep going when they see this place. They Will rob you for sure !

Have recieved poor tire replacements from here. Very often the next day, my tire pressure light would come back on. Also, went separately at a different time (which became my last time) and I pulled in quietly behind another vehicle and was waiting to be seen to get air in my tires. A few moments later a young male worker there comes up to me in my vehicle and as I was about to greet him -- while I'm rolling my window down, this dude begins to shout at me and accuse me of being disrespectful and how they don't tolerate disrepect. And I'm like ??? I had literally just pulled in??? As I was trying to get clarity over what he was talking about, he continued to interrupt and overtalk and continued to shout and refused to service my car. I couldn't even get a word in??? I left so confused? I had been coming to this location in the past, but after that dude. Not anymore; not worth it.

Been going to this shop for 15 years as a loyal customer this morning I went there to get a tire soon as I pull up the young guys has a attitude as if I’m not a paying customer and was like WE AINT GOT IT! Very rude service and he said if they do have it it’ll be 30 dollars more then last time same tire I always get long story short the young dude was very rude with horrible customer service they lost a long time customer go to the other location on forest and greenville they gave me the same tire there for 50 bucks smh yall trash plano location

Went for a used tire and told me the only one they had was in okay condition but me having to come back home to Fort Worth I went ahead and got it. Pretty much I paid $50 for a used tire that had a hole on the inside of it and once I was about 10-15 mins down the road I was losing air but thought it was my rim. Today I went to local tire shop and they showed me tire had a hole in it and that’s why I was losing air. So I paid $50 for a used tire that was not good at all and now they can’t refund my money because it’s their policy. Do not come here for a tire or any services they provide.

Came in one Saturday when everyone else was closed or to busy after a piece of metal got stuck in my tire. They were able to patch it really quick and reasonable.
