Booked and took a tour with Jason R. and I cannot speak highly enough about the experience we had. As a former college football player and lover of the game, this experience was really cool. The time Jason spent teaching us about how each ball is handmade was incredible. Learning about all the options, unique specs, and ways a football can be made was crazy. Jason took the time to make the experience fun, engaging, and personal. I would highly recommend any college football fan to check them out and learn it little more about the ball that they use in the greatest game on earth comes to life!

I can't speak of the experience at the actual factory itself, but I ordered the FSU game football online and was very satisfied with my order. Immediately after you pay, you get the confirmation email, then you get a second email saying your order has been processed, a third saying it has been shipped, and then the fourth that it has been delivered. I personally love all the emails and it was shipped very fast. Appreciate that I can buy the actual game ball my favorite team plays with, it's a very cool memorabilia item!

I just bought a Big Game Iowa Football. I am a former student athlete at the University and I bought it as a graduation present for myself and to get autographed by some of the players I went to school with. The ball looks just like the pictures and it feels great but I have noticed some nicks on one of the Nike checks and some scraps. I paid $159.95 for this ball. I am not a very picky person I just wish it was flawless if they’re going to charge me that much. Still would recommend for any huge Hawkeye lover. Today 7/18 Big Game gave me a call and told me I should not have gotten the football I got they apologized and are sending me a new one. Really great Customer service and I really appreciate that definitely will buy again!!! That’s how you go from 3 to 5 stars.

Great company and people! Josh gave use a very thorough tour and introduced us to every employee. We go on a mission trip every year to Portugal to teach them about American Football and Jesus. Josh was kind enough to wave the tooling fee and give us a discount on the Footballs
