We have been going to Boarding Bungalow since 2016. It recently changed owners and is still going through some changes. What hasn’t changed is the quality of care for your furry family member. The owner and manager have worked with me on purchase package terms that weren’t clear at time of purchase. We will continue to go here and trust the care for our pets

Ruca and Dingo enjoyed their vacation and I enjoyed receiving picture updates. Caring and devoted staff, wonderful rates, and genuine love for animals keeps us coming back! Can not recommend enough. ❤ ? ? ? ? ?

My pup absolutely LOVES coming here! She loves the staff and seeing her friends. The staff is always so caring and kind, I never worry when I bring her in because I know they’ve got her!

I've been searching and searching for someone to watch my baby Toto, so I decided to call Boarding Bungalow. I spoke to Maddox and from the moment he answered it was great customer service. He was very attentive and listened to all my concerns about Toto. I dropped him off Friday and p/u Monday and he seemed extremely happy. I was so worried because he's so attached to me and will constantly bark all night long. They said he didn't bark so that made me so happy. This is his new home now and I'm extremely grateful!! I LOVE how they post pictures to see your baby as well. Thank you Layla & Kevin!

The facility is cute and kept very clean, and the yards are comfortable with nice tree shade for the dogs. What sets this kennel apart, however, is the staff. When you board your pet somewhere, that’s ultimately who you’re trusting, and what you’re taking a risk on. The bells and whistles of a facility might appeal to us humans, but it’s the staff who make or break the experience for our pets. Quality of attention and skill of care make all the difference. Kylee and Maddox put my mind at ease about entrusting them with the care of my beloved but energetic pup. Her comfort with them despite her anxious personality says everything to me! Highly recommend!

As an individual who has witnessed the facility both before and after its acquisition, I must express my admiration for the remarkable transformations taking place. From the exquisite renovation of the lobby to the inclusion of comprehensive training programs in their services, they have made noteworthy improvements. Furthermore, they have made it a priority to ensure that the staff is well-trained in all aspects related to animals, including pet CPR. These enhancements are a testament to their commitment to providing exceptional professionalism and expertise.

My fluffs have been going to the Boarding Bungalow on Frankford for years and they love it. I like knowing they're well taken care of when I have to be out of town. Good rates and personal attention :)

Hands down my favorite location!! I don’t trust any other place with my dog. She always comes home happy, loved, and spoiled!!! Kylee and Maddox’s love for animals speaks for itself, and I can’t recommend this place enough!!!!

Been coming here for 8 years now and have always had a positive experience. My dogs always come back happy and smelling fresh. I've lived in Far North, Farmer's Branch, West Plano, Allen, and finally settled in Garland. We took Doombot to the East Plano location once, and she had a blast there. Other than that, we still come to this location and she and Saul Goodboy get very excited every time. They have our trust so we don't see a reason to switch boarding places even if it's a drive. :) They use Facebook to post photos and the pups always look like they're having so much fun making new frens. Highly recommend.

My dog Sheldon has been going to this location since he was 6 months old. So for about 6 years now. Kim the owner is super sweet and so is the manager Nita. They always make sure we are well taken care of. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Been bringing my babies here for years. We moved about 20 miles away and still bring them here because we never have any issues.One of our dogs was an older rescue and he’s weary of strangers but after our first visit here he’s always excited to get to the back when we drop him off. Makes me feel like they are treating him well.
