I went to Bonobos in Henderson this summer to help my husband choose some clothes. I found the atmosphere relaxing and friendly. Maya was extremely helpful and personable. I had an amazing time and this I cannot say about any shopping experience for myself or when I am just helping someone else out. I felt at home and welcome and Maya went out of her way to help us. I would definitely return again. And I love the clothes too!

I went into Bonobos because I am transitioning from teaching to a more professional role where I am required to present and train others. I went in and Chiké and his team were there to help me. They provided me with great customer service. They asked details about my new role and the type of look I was going for. I am not knowledgeable about the specifics of professional clothing and they made me feel at ease and explained the differences in everything I tried on. From there, they came up with some looks that made me feel very comfortable and exactly what I was looking for!

Loving my new Bonobos pants! Came in to get some lightweight summer pants to keep me cool in this heat and Sam did a great job helping me out. Very pleased with my purchase and the customer service !

My favorite Bonobos location. My family and I have been to this location many times - wedding outfit prep, summer refreshes, and most recently I was fitted for a suit. Every time the customer service has been friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. Everyone who works there have been extremely helpful and really easy to talk to but one of the staff, Chiké, stands out as someone who really knows what they are doing. Chiké has gone above and beyond what I would expect from a retail employee to do and has always made sure I find the right look and fit. 10/10 would recommend.

Just some feedback on a store visit...I visited your Dallas location today. I've never purchased anything from your brand before but I've studied some of your things online and was interested in your offerings. I need a special outfit for a red carpet event in New York where I'm supporting a friend hosting a fashion event. I walked in, told your sales associate why I was visiting (he asked) and he motioned toward the suit section and told me to holler if I wanted to try anything on. After ten ish minutes I found 2 or 3 jackets I wanted to try. I smiled at your associate and asked for help but he turned instead to a new person who had just entered the store... a tall pretty white man on a phone call asking his wife for his suit size. For the next 15 minutes, your associate worked with the other man to find 3 suits and pretended not to see me. I stood there like an idiot until they needed to shop in the section where I was standing and I had to move out of their way so they could continue. I simply walked out of the store when I realized that I was in the way and not wanted as a customer. As a biracial man, it felt like retail racism. I was ignored completely and made to feel in the way. If I owned the brand, I'd want the feedback. It's weird behavior in 2023 and in Dallas.

Unbelievably bad order fulfillment. I'm speaking from several data points over the last year. You order something and turns out it's either not there or erroneously removed from your cart with no notice. Best to stay away until their fulfillment shores up.

Highly disappointing experience... Spent a lot of time trying on clothes for right fitments, only to find out later they don't save those fitments into your account, you have to go in later and manually add them yourself. If I had known this I would have written them all down! Email to web site about this resulted in no response. A few days later received emails telling me two major items I ordered were no longer available! (I ordered three shirts that matched the two pairs of pants I wanted, now I have shirts that match pants I never received!) And the adjusted final price they charged me did not include the promotions originally provided! Typical bait and switch from what I had thought was a reputable company. Don't waste your time here, there are plenty of other options around!

Helpful staff. Clothes were good. They helped me find the right styles and fits. I would order again. Just an FYI Nordstrom carry’s Bonobos clothes in stock. This store ships them to you.

They charged me ~$300 for two pairs of shorts and one pair of pants. After paying, I walked out with none of the above. You’ll mail it to me....okay. And can I pay with Monopoly money..? This place is so out of touch. NEWS FLASH: Retailers keep inventory in the stores—your parking lot is empty for a reason!!

I was coming in to try pants on for a wedding and Eric was super nice and helpful. He got all of my sizes and pant styles emailed to my account and now I can order when the wedding gets closer. It was a great experience and the showroom is great as well.

My experience here started extremely bad, I parked my car infront of the store and started to walk away to smoke a cigarette away from the store before I enter and as soon as I start walking, the sales lady runs out screaming out to me saying this is bonobos customer parking only. I tried to explain that I was just smoking before I enter the store and she was already walking away saying I'm gonna call towing, needless to say the parking lot was completely empty and having my luxury car parked infront of their store was doing them a favor. Ultimately I decided that if the sales person is this rude before entering the store, its downhill from here. I guess this was a blessing in disguise because right across the street I found a place called knot standard that was 100000000 times better. Bespoke stuff check it out , thank me later
