Went by yesterday to buy a phone. Lights on, employees inside but doors locked. They stared at us when we knocked. Thankfully, there is a Cricket store around the corner that obviously is open for business.

Well, when in a pinch and after spending over a grand on an iphone that NEVER worked, FROM METRO PCS, I AM PLEASED TO SAY THAT BOOST SAVED THE DAY. I am battling gastric cancer and needing a phone that works is of paramount importance, given my need to be in constant contact with my oncologists, specialists, doctors, family, etc...THIS IS WHY I CHOSE TO SPEND OVER A THOUSAND ON A NEW IPHONE FROM METRO BUT IT ONLY WORKED FOR A COUPLE OF WEEKS. It was replaced and then did not work yet again! This time they told me there was NOTHING they could do to help me and I was not getting my phone fixed, replaced, or returned. Furious, I drove to Boost and paid $75 for the cheapest phone they had. It works GREAT and their customer service makes Metro look juvenile at best! If I wasn't so sick, I would take the time to get service from a major carrier but I haven't had the energy and Metro was working until I decided l wanted the best phone they had, which turned out to be the worst! I had an issue where my phone broke. I wanted to switch back to my old boost phone for a bit. I had some issues setting it up but I went here and the lady was friendly and able to fix my phone quickly. I'm very grateful to have someone who was able to fix my phone.

So my phone broke I went to go get a new phone an as I'm checking out the free screen protector a customer comes in she snatches it out my hand and tell me to hold on I wonder if I was Mexican like her if she would have done that but little do she know I'am Mexican already guess I wasn't light enuff 0 stars plus no unlimited plans available

There was 2 Hispanic Ladies in the store one of them was clueless & the other one actually was knowledgeable but it felt like I had to force information out of her about the phones & plans. .& then she asked me if I had phone service but here's the thing about that is my phone was in my hand & tell me who doesn't have phone service.???.. I'll wait

I bought a cell phone plan and a new phone as well from this location. The incompetent/corrupt employee entered fictitious customer information on my account. That phony info caused major problems.
