Long story short, the rep scammed me. I was being charged on my credit card monthly and being billed $65 a month. Was supposed to be a $40 plan. Took months to have the issue resolved. They are a waste of time and money. Avoid if possible.

Got approved for the iPhone 16 pro free with switching service online, paid the fees and everything, online order was randomly cancelled. Went into this location and was told by their people that I was denied so the order was automatically cancelled. Went to Verizons website, paid the fees and everything and got 2 free iPhone 16 pro phones and free next day delivery completely hassle free.
