I give it one star because I can't give it 0. The guy Ali working there the previous months he has been charging me $66 for my monthly bill and my bill is $50 plus the $4 charge and I asked why he didn't give a reason why. I got my phone with Kenya and I have been paying my bills with her with no problems at all.

Be very careful with this guy alii on Wednesday 9/29/21 ..changed company and grabbed 2 Samsungs A32 that are totally free and 2 XRs pre owned and the price 149.99 per each phone plus tax when you switch to boost and the activations fees $ 25 for the main one and the Second line and three line was $ 15 plus the month $ 130 he charged me $ 953.97 and when the correct price was $ 525 it is a robbery I was left with the doubt thinking that it was too much $$ and I went to another store to ask the next day,tlthey told me that he had stolen more than $ 400 one He did not give me my receipt and I went the next day to ask for a receipt with the details and he tell me that he will not reprint the receipt and told i will get 2 months for free, for the overcharged items he call his boss absolutely didn’t help out .. just be careful because he had another client with the same problem, he is theftONLY ASK FOR YOUR RECEIPT DONT COME TO THIS STORE !!

I bought a iPhone XR from here for almost $600 and I come to find out it’s used like are you serious And let alone the phone starts glitching and I go back to the store and they said that I have to call this number and that I couldn’t get my money back.Don’t get Boost and don’t come here they treat you bad and don’t help you out after you buy a phone from them.

The Manager Ali is horrible he sold me a phone that was over priced and the only way I knew that was because I went to another Boost nearby and they showed me on my receipt that he charged me all these extra fees and he charged me the phone twice they also said it’s not the first time they see this qnd that they think that they do fraud!!!DONT COME HERE!!!!!

I pull up and see no one inside and I wait for 20 minutes and nothing but the open sign is on and the store hours says it should be open but no one is there.

The lady that works here helped me setup a new plan, future dated my husband's to a different plan, and answered all my questions about merging the accounts all while helping me entertain my crazy 23 month old wandering around the store. Big help.
