I just bought a phone and it doesn't work I tried to go back but they left out I only had five days to return my phone doesn't work but they said there's nothing they can do. I highly recommend Metro PCS I regret ever trying Boost they only want to make $ and could careless about there customers.

If I could leave this place a negative star I would. Not only did they cancel my line without my permission they started a "new line" for me charge me the activation fee only to tell me that it wasn't activated. They guy at the store said that it happened very now and then and I had to wait until midnight its been 3 days and I still don't have any kind of service. THIS STORE IS FRAUD DON'T GO HERE, SAVE YOUR MONEY. ALL THEY DO IS SEAL PEOPLE'S MONEY.

Being an existing Boost Mobile customer, having not able to buy a phone and walk out the store without being charged an activation fee. With the option to do that on their website is much easier. How they clearly see they want to charge you $40 for something we can do ourselves should be illegal. I know some stores have it in their policy, they should not have the right to open brand new phone in the box. Kind of voids the option of a full refund. Because obviously you can't get refunded on an activation fee. Something someone can do in 5 mins at home versus paying someone $40 with a no ands, ifs, or buts policy is fraud. I didn't ask for activation service but being forced to do it should be illegal. There's no such thing as buying a product and being charged something never asked for at this location. I understand they have their policy but owner should tell Boost to not have the activate option on their website. Kind of defeats the purpose right? Also the ability buy online and pick up at store should be looked at. Having to wait 7 days for a phone and not having a phone while waiting is fishy too. Kind of seems fishy if you need a phone and now you're forced to buy at retail price. Why buy something available at online prices and looking at exact phone in front of you with printed letters saying buy this online exclusive. We are living in a time where convenience is a big deal. "Buy this phone online for a better price and wait 7 days because you can't walk out with it because we feel better if you buy at retail price." Thats like a scam and fraud together. Overall bad practice between main company and franchisee. If you can't pay bills with regular service then you shouldn't own a store. We are not stupid boost store owner.

on this day, 08/01/2021 i called the boost mobile store at this location, both the store representative and their customer service either or could NOT help me solve my situation.worst experience, my dad is with boost mobile and he tried to switch to a different carrier because his phone is messed up and he could not afford to purchase another device.SO, my dad went to the store after customer service representative (Shay) told him to basically go to the store to get the account number since they have a new policy to where representatives now had to call dealer support to get the account number since we had the broken boost mobile device we could not receive a code of confirmationthe store representatives name is Edina, said we were fraud an she could no assist us through the phone, what type of representative is she??YOUR JOB CONSIST OF YOU HELPING PEOPLE WITH THEYRE NEEDSNOT BE RUDE AND NOT ANSWER 14 TIMES AT 12:16PMI HAD A DIFFRENT NUMBER CALL THE STORE AND EDINA ANSWERED AND TOLD MY DAD HE HAD TO CALL CUSTOMER SUPPORTIF YOU DONT LIKE YOUR JOB PLEASE LET SOMEBODY ELSE HANDLE YOUR EASY WORK. IT DOES NOT TAKE YOUR WHOLE LIFE TO HELP AN ELDERLY MAN WITH HIS ACCOUNT NUMBER.THIS WAS ON GOING FOR 3 DAYS BACK TO BACK.WE LITERALLY JUST GOT A NEW NUMBER WITH A DIFFRENT CARRIERWORST EXPERIENCE
