Fyi.... if you plan to try to finance a car, boost doesn't do phone bill statements. I suggest finding a place that will make statements.

I had the best customer service experience! Ben was incredibly helpful — he assisted me in transferring my data from my old phone to my new one and patiently guided me on how to use the Boost Mobile app. His professionalism and friendly attitude made the whole process smooth and easy. Highly recommend this store and Ben for anyone who needs help with their phone or service!

I had nothing but problems since buying the S25+. The 1st 2 weeks, I couldn't used my phone. All out the blue, I received a text from Boost saying I'm almost out of data. HOW? MY PHONE DIDN'T WORK FOR 2 WEEKS. I finally was able to get to the Boost store. I was told my Sim card was the problem. LIES, LIES, LIES. Now, I'm dealing with technical support, no one can fix the problem. I have to reset my phone at least 6 times a day because the phone will say NO SERVICE OR EMERGENCY CALLS ONLY. I believe this is a refurbish phone but Boost say it isn't. There were many games already installed that was not transferred from my previous phone. If possible stay away and buy else where. $1200 that I can't get back. In this economy that alot of money for anyone to have this many problems.
