I recently switched to Boost and was told about a plan that was $25 for a plan that's usually $50 but since I brought in my own phone and was a new customer-- i would get charged a one time fee of $50 (i got charged for it as i was in the store) and when my next payment was due, it would go down to $25. I asked about three times to make sure that what the cashier was saying was accurate and he was confidently saying more than once that i would get charged $25 for a plan that's usually $50. My phone bill is due in a few days and i checked the boost mobile app to make sure that it was the amount he said it'd be and it wasn't so i had to go in and talk to whoever was there to make sure that the person that told me that, was right. I kept my receipts just in case and what do you know, the guy that "helped me" that day, was there. I explained everything to him and all he said was "i don't know, i've never had anyone come in and ask me a question." my response was more polite than what i was thinking because i'm explaining to him that he's the one that said it would be $25 but now he's saying a whole other thing and he just keeps saying he can't do anything to help and to call customer service. I'm never the type of person to get irritable with anyone working retail because i've worked retail and i know what it's like on the other end-- so i called customer service and they explained to me that there was never a plan like that and they were continuing to help me out because they felt bad about the whole situation but i thanked them for everything and apologized for the inconvenience and said that i didn't have a problem with paying $50 (they had asked if i would like to change my plan) because it's still a good deal compared to how much i paid for my old phone bill back then-- it's just the principle because he gave me false information and it's pretty annoying because he screwed me over. All in all, customer support for boost is amazing but the guy named jonathan at the location on cockrell hill is not someone i'd recommend planning anything for you :)

Was very please by the way they treated me. Gave me full attention when it came my turn. Everything was well explained and the best plan option was also explained well in detail. Will really recommend.
