They make me wait 1 hour and 45 min bc just change the windshield. I called them early. They dont tell me true bc when i reach there so they called 3nd party for windshield...my load was canceled

There's a woman with glasses sitting there, obviously treating people like a liar, and she said there was no line. I arrived, and there was a full line, and they said I had to wait three hours.

Terrible place they got my 9 hours to just to fix broken hose on trailer brake chamber i wasted my time they left less experienced mechanic back there

1. My truck entered in 2:30pm for oil change and they finish at 07:00pm terrible , mechanical left for call didn’t inform it me and manager as well, I told them to call mechanic after 2 hours of waiting. Otherwise he could not come,
2 . They put on my truck 11 gallons of oil , I told them truck need only 9.5 gallons they refused, I said ok, mechanic did his job , I left
3. Morning while checking oil level it was over the limit too much!
4. I came back and told them what is that, they said mechanic did not check the oil level after he put , so other mechanic did his job good
Total waste time , I miss my load ! And waste time do not recommend here!!!!

Please save yourself the stressed, save your money by not going to this place. Instead go to speeco or Southern tire mart they're both .4mile about 2-3min close. The boss shop charge perhour $165.99 and they will waste time to increase their money so 1hrs job will be 2hrs or more. Just to change the oil in both diff and change the hose on the air dryer i brought my hose. I checked in 3:45-4 checked out 6:20 on 7/8/25 my bill was $673.78. You do the math i guess 🤷 they charge by race too.
