One of those places that arbitrarily closes whenever the mood strikes rather than following their own posted hours. I made a special trip, got here well before closing, and they were cleaning up, having just closed the doors for no apparent reason.

Been here several times and have enjoyed the food and experience each time. The assorted sweet bread plate is delicious and a good starter. The side of potatoes was a bit too salty but loved the Bananas Foster Waffle.

Vacationed in the city of Dallas and stopped by this amazing cafe for Brunch I have to admit that I was satisfied with customer service and the food. The food was so delicious and the customer service was top of the line Banana French toast hit the spot and the cheddar grits were on point. I’ll definitely be back this time with friends ?

TAKE CASH......They dont disclose upfront that they will charge you an additional fee for paying with credit card..(it wasnt disclosed to us or the tables around us the time i visited the restaurant until i asked why numbers werent adding up ) ...seems unethical that they dont disclose this upfront and at the end of your meal they present it in the check as a "discount" if you pay cash vs a credit card fee...they dont even show what % you're being charged...so keep that in mind when and IF you decide to go ...TAKE CASH.. food and service are great, no complaints there.I took off 3 stars for not disclosing credit card fee upfront...i think its important to not deceive the customers ..the untimely disclosure of additional fees and the use of "discount" terminology vs fee language. ..was upsetting......... It's a FEE.....call it what it is.

Every time I go the food gets worse, the prices increase, and the quality of service decreases. I actually liked coming here years ago but it’s barely recognizable anymore.

We had a great time today at breadwinners. The manager and waiter were so friendly accommodating myself and my two toddlers! The food was great and service was excellent I will definitely be coming back!

I waited ten minutes before I was even acknowledged. I had to flag down a passing waitress to pass me a menu. Once my food was ready the server passed it to the gentleman sitting next to me. Honest mistake but given the nature of this visit it made me upset. A pair of ladies sat next to me shortly after my food arrived and were greeted almost immediately received a menu and much better service than I was experiencing. I had to almost yell because she hadn’t heard me asking for my check or even realize that my plates were empty. Truly disheartening experience especially considering others were treated differently than I was.

I've visited this location before but this was the first time that we went as a group. Consumers should be informed when gratuity is going to be automatically applied and the percentage as well. I recommend the Greek Chicken Salad, it was amazing! I don't recommend the Frozen Upside Down Pineapple Mimosa; no flavor what-so-ever and is a very weak drink and was three dollars less than my meal in the double digits, not worth it. Also, check your bill, there was something on mine that I did not order but I caught it before I paid so it was removed promptly. May your visit be a pleasurable one!

I ordered my food got it in half an hour, The waitress never came back to give me a drink, The waitress was a thick black woman, Service is terrible. My drink was a iced tea with lemonade., I ordered the gumbo and it was cold.

I only come here for coffee and dessert. Maybe one day I’ll try the food but the desserts are delicious. My wife has been trying to get me to try the banana cream pie but whenever we are in town they never have it none of the locations. However to trip was different. It was definitely worth the wait!

I'm very familiar with the restaurant, although not this location. The food was great, as expected..what a win. Staffing was a challenge with no one at the host station and a busy waitress. I even tried calling them from the entrance to get assistance, but no reply to my call.

Came on a Sunday, food was pretty good when it finally arrived but service & atmosphere was not. For some reason, the place looked dirty. The bar looked worse & gave terrible service.

JIM SULLIVAN SHOULD BE FIRED. The service matched the food, both of poor quality. Two of my friends and I decided to have brunch at breadwinners, and I have had superior service at all locations but the Northpark location. I ordered a side of bacon which came out undercooked and decided I didn't want to eat it. I was told they could not remove the untouched and undercooked bacon from my check because it had already been "served" to me. Instead of asking how they might be able to prepare the bacon correctly or if they could offer something else, they instead used that time to berate me and my friends and the so-called manager was the worst of them all. He huffed over to our table as if we owed him money. Told me it wasn't his fault that I ordered "too much food", and was doing everything in his power to ensure that I paid for bacon I didn't eat. I quite literally couldn't believe he was the GM. He was the most unhelpful manager I had ever experienced in my life. It was hard to not believe it was racially motivated since they seemed to have no issue removing items from the checks of our white counterparts. I didn't ask for him to comp the meal, I simply wanted the bacon I didn't touch and did not like to be removed. Instead, he made it seem as though it was my fault and was attempting to escalate the situation as opposed to act like a manager and find a solution to the issue. Horrible, horrible leadership here and it clearly starts there and worked its way down to it's employees. I would never recommend any one spend their hard earned money at this location.
