I didn't end up purchasing from this store, but Olivia Vessell was a fantastic consultant. She was so excited to help, gave great feedback and followed up on our appointment multiple times. Would definitely recommend her if you're considering a visit.

After 6 weeks of wear, my wife’s rings are misshapen, scarred, etc. Brilliant Earth does not stand by their warranty. These rings were an “upgrade” to my wife’s existing rings after 15 years of marriage. She wore her original engagement and wedding rings for 15 years with no issues. 6 weeks with these rings and they look like they’ve had 60 years of wear. Customer service said the rings were damaged and they could repair it. The wedding band was repaired free if charge but they said the engagement ring was beyond repair and they would give us a “generous” 50% medal credit toward the cost of a new one. Total joke. Obvious manufacturer defect.

This place used to be my exclusive jewelry provider - NOT ANYMORE.I purchased in August of this year and they sent me one with a broken clasp. I didn't notice for a few days until I gifted it to the recipient and she noticed the issue. Few days later I call and am told I can send the item back to them and they'll have someone call me with a resolution once they take a look at it. It's now almost 5 months later and I still haven't been able to talk to anyone about this and they now have the jewelry I purchased.Beyond that, you're forced to SCHEDULE a call with what turns out to be a "repair team" weeks out. I don't want a repaired item; I want the brand new item I paid for, but I just want to give the person I gifted this to their necklace.Service - both the website experience and customer experience is terrible. The website doesn't specify the time zone of the appointments so good luck guessing when your appointment is. The website/appointment engine doesn't send you a calendar invite to confirm, so you're really on your own.I missed an appointment AGAIN today because I forgot about the time zone thing, called back within 5 minutes, and was told no one's available to speak with. What? How? How can that be when I had a half hour appointment?So disappointing to get service like this after spending thousands over the last 7 years on engagement wings, wedding rings, engagement rings, diamond earring, gemstone jewelry - you name it. I've been a good customer and this experience has put me off from buying from Brilliant Earth again. 2 stars because things were good with BE for a while until recently.

My partner and I booked an appointment at this location to shop for necklaces/potentially a Christmas gift. We arrived early and were greeted as we walked in, told to wait for the associate with whom our appointment was scheduled with. Once she came out to greet us and sat down at the front counter we followed her expecting some semblance of a consultation or an attempt to ask a few questions about what my partner was looking for in a necklace or pendant. There were no questions, comments, or attempts to figure out what he was actually looking for. She put down a tray in front of us with the sample options for 3mm chains and just promptly stared at us. When I decided the silence had stretched on for long enough, I informed her that i was prompted to chose two options when I booked the appointments, seeing as this was meant to be a surprise, I wasn't too sure what my partner would be wanting, i just chose at random two chains that are similar to what he already has. When she heard this she proceeded to answer in short responses and essentially decided that we weren't worth her time or effort anymore, seeing as we hadn't hastily decided on either of the sample options that were in front of us. She then informed us that they're only able to keep the best selling products in stock in the store, so our options were limited. Then proceeded to just look at us, as if waiting for us to leave, again. So I asked if she had any way of showing us the options online, or if we were able to see a catalogue of their options that were available to order. I then proceeded to point at her laptop to suggest she show us. She plopped the laptop down on the case, scrolled to the bottom of some page on their website and essentially told us that their options were limited to the last few pictures there. When we weren't in love with the options available she closed her laptop and proceeded to start apologizing then looking and gesturing at the door as if to usher us out. and before we could even get to the car to head home, the associate send an automated text that our appointment was cancelled, not concluded, no reach-out for feedback of follow-up comments or anything. Needless to say, we wont be returning or entertaining the idea of coming back to this location or company again.

My worst experience with this store, please guy if you love your future wife never buy any ring here! I will get married in 1t December for this 2023. The last November my fiance bought a engaged ring here (1 caract, oval shape with white gold) and after 1 month, exactly today q7 November I woke up and I saw my hand my ring without my diamond! How is possible! The diamond fell out of the ring! The quality is so so so low here! And now they destroy my mood and memories with my fiance. I asked customer service to help me with this situation and they told me to wait between 3 or 4 weeks!! To analyze what happens? Are you kidding me! I am so disappointed with this store and is near my wedding how is possible! BAD QUALITY AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AF...number of order was this: 20231061112

I looked up the ring I loved and got it picked up in time. Had a resizing done which also came back in 2 weeks. I would suggest engraving if you are planning to do, have it perfectly engraved the first time. We wanted to add a heart and they missed that added heart even with notes. But ring is perfect !

I had a wonderful experience that the Dallas Brilliant Earth location on October 29, 2023. My fiancé proposed with a custom brilliant earth designed ring so it was only fitting to go there to get our wedding bands. I made an appointment online and about a week and a half before the appointment i received an email from the store asking us to provide the style preferences to ensure that they could provide them for us on the appointment date. After confirming, a few days before the appointment, I received a confirmation text that my appointment would be with Olivia and I am so happy that it was! OLIVIA WAS FANTASTIC!!!!! She was so warm and welcoming from the very beginning of my appointment until I walked out of the door. She provided knowledge, expertise, and honesty when I asked her any question or asked her option about the bands we were selecting. She truly wanted to make sure that I was 100 percent comfortable and satisfied with my decision before I made my purchase. Thank you so much Olivia for your guidance and the most stress free and fun experience yesterday ! Brilliant Earth you have a gem!

We had a great experience at the Dallas showroom. Saed Cameron was our sales representative, and he set the tone for a very relaxed and enjoyable experience. Not only did we find a few rings to choose from but Saed helped with combinations and questions concerning the perfect ring and the 4 C’s. I went into this appointment very nervous with little knowledge of diamonds and left with a great experience and understanding. Overall great experience and I highly recommend this showroom.
