Went into thi store, on a Sunday afternoon, so it may have been considered busy to some. I'm an avid pokemon collector, so I was excited to see that they were having a 2 for 45 sale on some. I picked my 2, got in line to get them stuffed. There was a birthday party ahead of me, no big deal. What I didn't quite understand is the 3 other employees standing around on their phones at the cash register not paying any attention to the flow of customers coming in. Once I had gotten my pokemon stuffed, one of the employees, who hadn't said a word to me since I walked in, decided them to tell me that one of them wasn't part of the deal. So I told her while I pointed ay the wall with the skins where under both it had the sign 2 for 45. So, her response was; oh yeah, people move the signs. As she slides it back under where it was supposed to be, apparently. So, it was only after I was just about ready to check out is when they tell me that they are wrong. When I tell the cashier I don't want it anymore because of false advertising, the other employee just said that's fine, well just unstuff it anyways. If they had just paid attention to the job, instead of being on their phone, mistakes like this could be avoided.I feel like the customer service is lacking IMMENSELY at this location. Won't be going back.

The worst place you can take your kids to . The management was so so rude to my kids when he try to touch the machine . We will never come back in here

Was here yesterday, and the line was taking a little long so my two year old got off from his stroller, and started playing with the miniature basketball accessory that is made with foam while waiting, and I heard the staff behind me whispered “please don’t throw our stuffs”, and I told her it’s okay we’re buying it, and the staff passive aggressively said “well I just don’t want anyone to get hit” mind you it’s a two year old playing with a very small, foam ball trying to enjoy while waiting in line I can understand if my son was playing rough but he was just gently playing alone not even near anyone. I got so upset and had my daughter put all the toys back, and left. Never coming back at this location. (Photo for reference on how tiny the ball was.)

Fae was extremely helpful. Helped me fix an issue not even the build a bear support phone line could fix. Absolutely phenomenal customer service, and definitely went above and beyond.

The Build-a-Bear workshop at the Dallas Galleria has excellent customer service. Even when they're really busy they still take the time to go through all the motions with your child to make their experience special and memorable. They do the magic heart stuff where you make a wish, kiss the heart, make it best etc. before they sew the heart into the bear. They have a pretty large selection of bears and other animals to start off, then a decent amount of clothing and accessories. If the store gets too crowded they will rope off the entryway so more people don't enter, which is nice because your dealing with small children and it can get a bit chaotic. Even the cashier's are friendly and take their time checking you out. Our local mall only has a small BaB kiosk, and it is just NOT the same experience, definitely go to a large workshop.

Understaffed took way longer than expected. I've waited in Disney World lines less time go some where else. 4 different workers I saw and only 1 was working the fluff stuffer and they would make you wait an hour then try and give you great customer service. Like you can't have it both ways.

Beautiful the dynamics of stuffing your stuffed animal. The price seemed exaggerated to me but it was all for sharing beautiful memories with the bendi.

I was in the store earlier this week with my brother, who has Autism. Joye (I think was her name) was so patient and kind when helping us make a bear, it made the experience so special for us!

Had a great experience for our first build a bear. The staff was overly friendly and helped us understand the process on how to build your bear. They made the process fun for us adults as well for our sweet child. Can’t wait to go back to get another one.

We were there this morning to build a bear for my 2 years son. The employees were amazing and so friendly. They crowned the birthday boy and sang happy birthday for him. I will definitely do it again for my other son's 5th birthday. And we payed only $2 for the bear (without clothes).

My friends and I visited here yesterday and had such an awesome experience! Shoutout to Marley, who helped us through the process and was so patient and such a great sport with us. Thank you, Marley, you're a real one :)
