Ordered delivery 3 nights in a row. Every burger was amazing. The perfect amount of toppings, fresh lettuce and thick, juicy tomato slices. I'm just visiting. My local BK I have to put my own condiments on it because it's so dry.

Ordered delivery through Burger King app. Received order and was missing half of it (over $10 worth of food). Tried contacting customer support to get my money back—they said they’re only able to offer a coupon. I don’t want your coupon, Burger King. I want my money back for the food I did not receive. This is literally fraud.Burger King sucks and this location sucks. I’ll be filing a complaint with BBB and disputing the charge with my bank. More importantly, I’ll never order BK again.

The food including the fries always fresh and hot. The employee always friendly nice. Love this Burger King The most since relocating from NC to Dallas, TX. I wish I could give more stars it'll be 10 stars thank you for the great food and service

I stop yesterday at 615 am for breakfast and the guy said they barely just got there and that nothing was ready. According to Google they open up at 530 am. This is thru out the week as well. I believe an update for hours of operation in due.

Just had one of the worst experiences. I was doordashing and when I walked in, it took quite a while for someone to help. Three employees looked at me and said nothing. I finally had to walk behind the register to my order in order to get some help. IRIS, who I asked more than once if I could get some help, but got nothing as she finished a conversation with someone sitting in an office, finally makes her way to the register to confirm my order Lastly, my drink order was wrong. When I pointed that out, IRIS looked at me as if I was crazy. She then says, "We don't have Dr. Pepper back here." Instead of IRIS walking 50 feet to get the order right nor providing a cup, I had to ask for a cup to get the correct drink for my customer! Like, wow!! What happened to plain old customer service?!! If yall don't want to work, then don't please! As I was walking out, the manager, I assume dressed in all black, came out but didn't say thing. SMH!!

At the drive thru a guy told me that he couldn't take my order but it took him a long time to say it as if with shame, when I wanted to ask why a Hispanic woman shouted in Spanish that she couldn't sell me anything because she had no service or system. she was very rude, the worst customer service I have ever received!!!

I think they are skimming credit cards here. I watched this old Hispanic lady put my card into the machine, it accepted, printed a receipt, and THEN she took out her phone, held my card to the back of her personal phone for several seconds, checked the screen, then gave my card back and put her phone back in her pocket. I'll be monitoring my card for the next few weeks. Took her picture. Don't trust this place.

Even though the people could not speak English, they were friendly and they operated the cash register apparently that's the only thing that burger king required.Wheelchair accessibility: Very good
