  I honestly feel bad for those who have to work a job they completely hate. Walked in the greeter just standing there, didn’t say one word to me, just looked at me with the most pitiful look. Staff here rude. I’ll pass on this location

  If I could give 0 stars I would . The loss prevention lady was rude as I walked in she was already eyeing me down . No greeting no nothing . We looked around and after not finding nothing we left . Lorain the “ loss prevention “ lady stopped me & said “excuse me let me see your purse” I walked back she asked me “did you walk in with that purse “ as if I stole it . Horrible horrible horrible if she wasn’t as old as she was I would’ve told her something good think I respect my disrespectful elders ; ) .

  Quality of the product has gone down . The shoes are mostly made with plastic and they are bad imitation of the name brand. Did not buy anything. Not like the Burlington I used to shop years back. So sad

  Most employees here are rude, plus they won’t let customers use the restroom. I was there shopping with my 3 year old and she told me she wanted to go potty and all of the sudden started crying bc she couldn’t hold it so I asked two of the employees if my daughter could use the restroom and they denied the service to my 3year old and the fact they saw how she was asking for the restroom and they denied it was so mea, frustraing and crazy! Who would do that to a toddler!! Not coming back!

  Not good!! Maybe it was the time of year I visited ( December) but I visited other Burlington stores in the metroplex around the same time and they weren't this bad . Unlike other Burlington stores I've visited this one was poorly stocked and nothing stood out. I just hope it was due to the Christmas shopping and not a standard day at this store

  This Burlington i can say as of today 12.12.24 they have the good women's jacket and big boys/men selections .Husbands hear this, go there first you'll save taking two trips.. selections good cheap and of course nice for a steal.

  I saw this Burlington and thought to myself wow it’s probably big and pretty so I decided to make a Uturn and check it out. This place does not deserve any stars. By far the most unorganized, ugliest & messiest Burlington Ive ever visited. I will never come back to this location. I much rather stick to Cedar Hill or Grand Prairie but this locations is horrible.
