I’m very disappointed with the service at this store. The cashier was extremely rude and disrespectful — she placed all my items on the floor and ignored my request not to do so, saying I couldn’t put them in my cart. This was unprofessional and unsanitary. I’ve shopped at many Burlington locations and never experienced such poor treatment. This behavior is unacceptable and should be addressed.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS LOCATION!!! They are always so organized. So stocked up, SO PLEASANT & HAPPY TO HELP!! The star of this place is the lost prevention lady Tisha. She really is always so nice and energetic. I just love seeing her when I walk in there. I wish every location was like this one! Thank you guys for all yall do there. Tisha Especially 💙

Everyone is so sweet! The cashiers are always so sweet and like interacting with the costumers :) The store is organized well and they have a ton of variety acrosd their departments! (Except cute teen plus size clothes, but thats not their fault)

I would leave a 0 star if i could ! there are hardly any workers during the week, the lines are long, i waited 25 mins in the line there was only 1 cashier on top of that there’s no fitting rooms to try on the clothes that i’m trying to buy. the lady in the green shirt with a afro which i believe is the manager, i overheard her talking badly to one of her employees not professional at all ! horrible service.

You can find some decent items here, and the prices are right. Just got to beat the stay at home mom's that inundate the place and pick over everything in sight. Often run into empty boxes just left sitting from stolen items. Security is pleasant and helpful, more so then the cashiers who seem to be bored and agitated at check out. 2 employees were angry, confused, and talking trash about a customer right in her face returning items one day. Now you see the reason for security! A lot of people match energy. They lucked out. If you don't like your job resign and go home instead of staying and being rude to the ones who help keep you employed.

Besides the store having nice stuff the employees are useless and I’m speaking about the ones i asked to bring a mirror to the front to ring up. I had my daughter and baby with me so i could not do It on my own! The lady in the green shirt which may have been the managers response was” well I’m not no bigger than them and i don’t want to bring the wrong item up” as an employee you’re there to help costumers . Do better .
