The mask police at this mall it's just unbelievable yet another NIH study shows wearing masks Deprive Body of Oxygen causing hypoxemia! If you truly cared about your staff and clients safety and health you would let each one of them decide either they want to wear a mask or not since the governor has lifted the mask mandates.

Talk about mask police. If you enjoy breathing your own air back inside your lungs after the mask mandate was lifted you are a ginnipige! They will make sure to tell you to put your mask on with an officer. Wake up Americans.. Why should a mall employee tell me to put a mask on?? If your wearing one and think they work then your good, go ahead and wear yours! Here is a little science for all the mask lovers and the mall management that is enforcing this ridicules policy, when you have your mask on stick your finger on the side of your mask. You will clearly see that you can, so air come through. If it was a pandemic you would not be open and people everywhere in the mall. You can be walking and next to you in the mall tables with people not wearing mask eating. If you still think it's a pandemic you are blind along with this lousy mall police. Not shopping here anymore..

One of my favorite malls in the Dallas area when I came to Texas. The place was easy to find and close to where I was staying which was great. There is a huge parking lot to park and easy access to the mall. They are taking all the necessary precautions here due to COVID-19 which is great. There was staff people all around to answer any questions or if you needed help finding a store. They have a variety of stores here which is nice and all the stores that I needed to go to they had here. The place was a bit busy when I came during the week and I can only imagine that it gets busier on the weekends. Really enjoyed this mall and would go back when I am back in the area.

I have been going to Northpark Center for many years and have many great memories and experiences. Unfortunately today was not a great experience. We were dropping off my wife's mother at her car in her handicapped spot since she is handicapped, and since the day was nearly over and there weren't many people around, I temporarily parked our vehicle in the dashed lines next to her car just so she could get out and we could say bye. I turned on the emergency lights just to be extra safe. As we were saying goodbye, her mother wanted to give my wife a gift from her trunk for Christmas real quick, but we were interrupted by a mall security officer in a golf cart who wanted me to move the car. I told him that I would move it in just a minute, we were just saying goodbye, and he started yelling at us repeatedly to move the car over and over. In the time that this yelling took, we would have been done and gone. He was incredibly rude to my wife and her mother, especially during the holiday season. I understand following the rules, but there needs to be a little customer service and hospitality as well. This mall security officer needs to learn manners and how to better deal with people.

Shopping in person is becoming a lost art. Nordstrom gives us a reason to do just that. A call out to Anja who helped me buy gifts for my wife.

This is huge top class indoor shopping center located at the intersection of Loop, 12 and US, 75. There are about 250 shops and restaurants. In the list of the largest malls in the United States, NorthPark Center is ranked in the top 20. The building of the center is carefully designed from the point of view of the interior, which provides space for displaying art collections. Naturally, it is not possible to list by name all the stores that are open in the NorthPark Center

This mall is HUGE and has so many stores from luxurious stores like Gucci, LV, YSL to more casual stores like Lacoste, free people, etc. It has several parking garages around the mall that you won't have to worry about finding a spot. In the parking, I saw the mall security driving around so I felt comfortable parking even though it was pretty dark there. When I went last week, it was busy that many stores had a line. I don't know if it was because I went on the Black Friday weekend or it's always like that. Burberry was taking down your phone number and they texted me when it was my turn so I didn't have to wait in line, but I don't know if other stores were doing the same thing. On the second floor, they have a food court but there's limited numbers of tables right now due to covid restriction. There are also some casual restaurants like corner bakery or Madeline in the mall if you do not want to eat in the food court.

I enjoyed the mall, it's the first time I go. I was actually surprised, not very good surprise ... I believe that the mall is EXTREMELY old, but the content is GREAT! Good: Stores Bad: Old mall That is why it did not get my 5th star

I made an officer's day today. I waived and greeted to an officer that was on the first floor. He looked back at first, like was that for me?. I knew he could not see my smile so I said good morning and hope you are enjoying your day. Little things like that that make me smile. I love all the art and landscaping pots that they gave through the entire center! Both floors have a classy sophisticated touch and a splash of fun! Lots of upscale designer stores. Concierge was very nice and helpful. We came in today for eye dr appointments and also to shop for home decor.

The most spectacular mall in the world. Absolutely gorgeous and well planned. It's nice to see an original landmark stay so clean and creatively decorated. The decorative boxes that have pumpkins in them are a work of art. Great store selection and the eating area has a damn atrium to eat in! Not sure if this is a mall, or an art installation--it's that amazing. Nasher and his daughter really knocked it out of the park over multiple generations. Something you don't see often. South Coast Plaza in California is the only other mall on this level, and dare i say--this mall is the clear winner. A gem. Don't change this place.

As a returning transplant, NPC is the closest thing to the Motherland (Southcoast Plaza) I've experienced, with the absence of some notable designers you must travel to Highland Park to visit. All under one roof, no need to move your car or suffer the oppressive heat, rain, or whatever Dallas is serving when you arrive. My recent visit was quite different, as we're now deeply embedded in the Era of Covid...blah blah blah, just get to the recipe. ****Safety first kids - some stores closed, or limited #'s allowed, most seating removed, masks required. HUGE SHOUT OUT to the security guards who kept me safe from those recent reviewers beneath me who complained about these policies. Byeeeeee. Also props to those tirelessly sanitizing escalators and other common areas all dang day.**** That said, the I never got into Gucci, Louis, or their respective boutiques in NM. A major benefit of shopping here is the elevated customer service from just about everyone (though the champagne won't be flowing again until this is over in a few years) and they really know the brands they rep. As a result I bought some (ltd ed) Golden Goose sneakers which I swore would never happen. Like who pays that much for new shoes that look used? ...Me, I guess. Another first, solo shopping in D&G on the maiden voyage of my new sneaker collab they did with NM, but I kept my visit brief because others were waiting and I was indecisive (plus they didn't have a medium Devotion with silver hardware). I never figured out what was happening in Gucci or LV but real talk, please enter with serious intent and be polite and considerate of the associate's time as they're risking their lives for you. The common areas were mostly quiet and it was nice to have a moment to appreciate my beautiful surroundings as I somehow drank an iced coffee under my mask. By 3ish the noise level rose and it got a bit more crowded so I made my exit - be aware of your surroundings and do what you can to stay safe as you head to the parking lot with arms full of shopping bags.

Clean, well maintained, great art installations. I wish they had more accessible stores (as opposed to the many designer brand).
