What a NIGHTMARE!!!! They deserve a 0 star or negative stars. Don't even think about using this company!! Never have I said something like this about any company before, but I can't stress strongly enough to use anyone but them. Even if you have to pay a bit more, don't use them or you will regret it. After over 2 months of trying to get an insulin pump, I still have nothing and they have now even deactivated my order! They say leave a message, we will get back to you in 24 hrs. I have called, messaged, and emailed and they do not respond. After multiple attempts, finally got a call from someone other than my rep saying they had to verify benefits and it could take up to 2 wks and then they would update me. Only 2 days later they call and say all is good and with 2 insurances I had a zero amount due. He said they would call me soon with shipping/tracking info and verified my order details. Well, that was 3 weeks ago!! After not hearing back, I tried many phone calls, some of which put me through to reps in Asia who barely can speak English. Finally after complaining about how nobody is giving me any information they put me through to the supervisor for my rep. I explain everything to him. He says there is a note from "last week", saying they need to get a hold of me to go over benefit information since I was given wrong information. Mind you....this was 3 weeks ago that they gave me the wrong information and were supposedly shipping out my pump. He tries to get around the fact of them telling me incorrect information even though he can see and read the notes verifying what they told me. Then he talks to his supervisor who says, they cannot help me as my pump has not been shipped yet (even though it should have been). Had it been shipped, they would have absorbed the cost of the misinformation. The difference they now say I owe is $1280. A bit of a change from the zero dollars I was told was my responsibility! He told me his supervisor said that they would not do anything about their error. I ask to speak with her and he calls her and then finally comes back on and says she is on break and will call me after her break. He said it should be 15-20 min. I ask her name, which is Jade out of the Texas office. Well, do you think Jade ever called me back?? NOPE!! Then today I try to call back and see if I can once again get through to her. After multiple calls, and being transferred, I get through once again to someone in Asia that I can barely understand. After the third time of having to repeat herself, I find out I can't be transferred because apparently they deactivated my account!! If I want to speak to someone, I would have to start all over with opening up a new account and the ordering process like I am a brand new customer. Needless to say....I have changed my mind as I will NOT deal with this company ever again. I will either go direct if I can with the pump supplier even if it means only using one insurance, or I will choose a different pump. This has been a long and stressful ordeal and one I hope nobody else has to go through. I will be reporting this company to the BBB and anyone else I can, which again I never do this, but this company deserves it and more!

Run and don't look back.This company has been NOTHING but issues from the start.You get a customer service rep who reads from a script, doesn't comprehend a lick of what you are saying & so much more.I am stuck in an insane loop of place my re-order, Byram needs new Rx and chart notes - why they need my chart notes so clue, contact doctor's office to let them know, doctor's office states they fax it, put in re-order, it is canceled with message to contact Byram, so I do - on repeat 4 times now.Yesterday Byram's representative said she was going to do a conference call with the doctor's office, so I thought this is going to finally get resolved.Nope. She connected me to the phone call and then hung up. Wasn't even the right number nor my doctor's office.Starting with Byram was also a pain and the same song and dance.Do not waste your time and end up without your supplies.

I have only recently engaged with Byram Healthcare and I am very pleased. I was previously using another company for my Ostomy supplies. I switched to Byram because this company clearly has the customer as priority. Communicating is easy; a person answers the phone. There is a working Portal for clients. Ordering and tracking supplies is done in a way that is efficient and helpful.Byram Healthcare is a paradigm for other companies to follow.

I was told if I gave a physical address it would speed up delivery. That has not happened and when I called Byram the gentleman rushed me off the call telling me it was a third party issue and he could not fix the issue. My package has been sitting in Stockton, ca. and not moving. Please fix this.David Kerschner

The customer service team is very helpful in ordering ostomy supplies. Our order arrived in two days! So nice to have it delivered to our home.
