Man overcharged me and when inquired about it he said he didn’t. He basically gave himself a $30 tip. Then my eyes got infected from the lashes and I can back the next day and they did not want to refund my money. The lashes were pretty, I will admit, but they caused my eyes to be infected. They still would not refund my money. She eventually took them off after me making a fuss. Then they talked about me in their language. Very rude, unprofessional, and dishonest. Then guy pretended he didn’t know. SMH… if I could give a score of a zero, I would.

My nails were hideous during the process, but I tried to stay optimistic—that was my mistake. I should’ve stopped the tech right then. She did a good job on my feet, which is why I gave 2 stars. I was the last customer, and they were closing, so I’m not sure if she was rushing or what.
Trying to extend grace, I decided to come back the next day. I explained that I was unsatisfied with the service, and the lady had the nerve to ask what the problem was. After I showed her how my nails were supposed to look, she claimed the style was different and would cost more. I made it clear that when a picture is shown, it’s the nail tech’s responsibility to communicate that upfront. Money is not an issue for the correct service

Experience was horrible! Nails popped of on there on in less than a week, went back to get a refund and nail tech accused me of taking them off when my nail beds were clearly not damaged. Nail tech refused to claim his work at first, they refuse to give me a refund service sucks

I walked in nobody said hello or even try help me. So I just sign my name and waited to asked what I need today. A lady walked in they spoke to her and treated her like she was a queen or something. So I just got up and went to the waxing section and ask can they help me. The ladies in the back was respectful and kind. But the other employees was rude and still didn’t even say thanks or anything after I left. Even tho I’m regular they must had a bad day or something but oh well. Lost a customer been coming for years
