These guys are STELLAR ! My 100 dollar + flashlight that I use daily in my job broke. They couldn't fix it. I was expecting to $pend another hundred to replace it and Chuck says, "Let's send it off to Streamlight because it has a lifetime warranty" I was unaware of this and he shipped it to them for me, paid the shipping, and got me a new one at no cost! This was my first time to use them. He could have sold me another flashlight and I would have been perfectly happy but, because he was more interested in his customer being satisfied than making a quick buck he took excellent care of me. I will for sure use them again! Great service!

Well I went in 9/15/2022 and got my uniform fitted the people was very kind and respectful as was I. But Mr. Chuck He made sure I had what I needed before I left the store he took his time to make sure everything was correct and made me feel comfortable. We talked and laughed just all around the best. Will always come back here to do business as long as Mr. Chuck is there AWESOME JOB I will be going to my managers about his service.

Extremely irritated with my experience. I ordered a part online for my flashlight and received my confirmation email. They made no attempt to contact me after that. After 3 weeks I emailed and attempted to call but due to bad weather in Dallas, they were closed, that's completely understandable. I was able to get ahold of their other store but they said they didn't have access to check orders but they would contact the other department and someone would get back to me. A week later and still no email or phone call. Now it's been over a month since they took my money. I called again and was able to get ahold of them. First I get a lady who tells me it's on back order and no idea when it will come in, I ask why I wasn't informed at all about this and the lady gets irritated with me and raises her voice saying hold on and puts me on hold. After a couple minutes a guy gets on the phone and tells me they no longer have it and will never have it again, so I again ask why they never reached out to me and why they didn't issue a refund, he gets irritated with me and states that I wasn't charged, the funds where on hold. I told him I was charged and he again insists I wasn't I then ask again why no one contacted me about it he said it wasn't his job to contact people and hangs up the phone on me. I log on to my bank account and sure enough I was charged and never issued a refund. Now I again have to call them back. This time the same woman who put me on hold picked up and tells me that I was charged and a refund will be placed in 1-2 days and that anything on line is charged, not placed on hold. I don't mind my part being on back order or the fact that they can't get it anymore, what upsets me is that they absolutely did not contact me even though I was charged and they know they can't deliver what I paid for. When asked why I wasn't ever contacted they get irritated with me like I have no right to even ask the question. Then can't even give me a straight answer about it being on backorder vs no longer carried and don't know if I was even charged or not. Its obvious they would of ever issued a refund unless I kept calling them and asking about the situation. Now I have to wait and see if they will actually give me my money back or not.
