I’m not sure if management changed in the last couple years or so, but I have noticed a significant change in service. I went in to get my tire checked, and the guy working broke my lug nut. They advised me to come back and get my lug nut burned off, but when I returned and called, they never had what they needed to do so. Needing to get my tire off, I had to take it into another shop. A job that would have been $10(plug/patch) or $140 for a new tire, has now turned into $540 (400 to chisel off the half broken lug nut plus the tire cost). I would not recommend this specific C&M anymore. This used to be my go to spot, but the workers aren’t the same anymore.

Don’t get your oil changed as they will say that did it and nothing is changed. Have to watch them and make sure it gets done. Also if you buy a used tire make sure it does not have a plug in it . Once you drive away no guarantees for their work.avoid this place.

Buyer beware when purchasing used tires, they tend to give customers tires with air bubbles or trailer tires for suvs. The cost was 40 bucks but when they were installed I noticed my vehicle was shaking violently only to learn they were the wrong used tires for my vehicle. Lesson learned, will not be coming back.

This star is only there because I had to leave it in order to leave the review…Friday December 1,2023… I entered C and M tires for a tire rotation and balancing.. I left with 2 lugs nuts off the front wheels… Crazy thing about it I only knew about one.. He never said anything about the other one… And then when I realized something was wrong, he just lied straight to me face and said first when I asked what was the problem he stated the lug nuts were the wrong size..At that time I told him I just had work done on the front of my truck and lugs were replaced and they came from the dealership and then to insult me even more Lie number 2 was it was stripped ok so which was is it?????The wrong size or stripped… All of this and still not know at the time that the other side was missing too.. So a basic tire rotation has turned into unnecessary problems that I have to fix now All because irresponsible people don’t want to deal with their own mistakes… The most troubling part is many times has this happened and this could have potentially ended differently

Please never fix your cars here! They are scammers! Today I fix my tire with $10 deal for one tire. When I give them $20 cash bill to get $10 back they changed price instantly to $20 with reason that no more $10 deal and they obviously steal my $10! Too scared for this place.
