These people deserve 0 stars. The short story is, they stored my items over a year ago. They damaged and lost my items and I've still not heard from them regarding my claim despite my several demands. DO NOT USE. I would never recommend.

Since filing a claim this company has completely gone silent, ghosting us. They will not return e-mail, phone calls, etc. All I want is a fair settlement of my claim, which was made months ago. Take responsibility for your action. The lack of professionalism is astounding. Use this company at your own risk

If there was an option for zero stars that would be more appropriate!! Submitted a claim in at the beginning of Feb 2023 (waited the requested 90 days) and have received no response for over 5K of lost and damaged items, and this is with paying $300/mo for their insurance. I mean how is it possible to lose 2 12*10 rugs and a headboard...what a joke. Also seems like their phone line is disconnected

This was a very poorly run, and in my view dishonest, storage operation. Lowball estimates used as a bait and switch, lack of disclosure regarding personal items, evasive answers on pricing, unreliable on delivery, and in some cases just made blatant misrepresentations. Also, many of our fragile items were shattered when retrieved. I understand that Clutter purchased this operation, but I don’t know how much of the management and employee base continued with clutter. I would just urge you to take caution and make sure you have all pricing in writing upfront, and be careful about storing anything valuable with them. Assumption of the risk.

As a very small business owner, it's a financial blow when a company this large doesn't pay their vendors. I have a signed and executed contract with Callbox Storage and have not been paid for my services provided. When I call or email, I'm ignored. They sent me a 1099 but never paid me. This is tax fraud. Please beware and take your business elswhere.

I had used callbox for years. I bragged about how easy, convenient, and affordable their services were. The people I referred to them had issues. I shrugged it off because that could have been a one off. My service was great… HOWEVER, I unfortunately know what they mean now. My last experience was one for the books. Starting by there being a discrepancy in regard to how long it was going to take and how many men were needed to move my 3 bd room apt. 6 hrs and 6 men into the move the price jumped. Mind you I did not agree to this during my appointment call and my things were 80% packed already. Neither did they tell me about a price fluctuation based on said “moving criteria”. Management was decent and covered it. We now have a price issues because the storage I overestimated initially for is now more than the initial price. I didn’t even pack all the items I over-guesstimated for. No one said anything about this changing. If I wasn’t pressed for time I would have asked them to unpack. Management was understanding of their mishap, again. Informed me I’d pay what was agreed every month for the inconvenience and my things would be packed accordingly. So… each month (approximately 9 of them) I had the pleasure of speaking with them as they still tried to deduct the greater amount. Fun. I finally get my belongings back just to have my 70” tv busted up and mirror broken. Guess what they offered me….Go on, guess.Nope.$200.Oh and they said this was a generous offer ?My emails go unanswered and no phone call yet. Just funny emails…UpdateI just called to speak with a manger for a case that I’ve been trying to get assistance on since January. I spoke with an employee named Ronnie. Who basically argued with me and denied sending me to a manager. My TV and mirror were broken and I’m missing boxes of items. I’m furious at this point as I’ve requested calls and emails to no avail. My TV alone costs over 3K. They offered me $200 for everything. This company is a joke if they think compensating me with $200 is ok.

I would not suggest storing your items at this facility as they do not take accountability or assist with any resolution for breaking and/or losing your items. I have been waiting over 3 months (they said can take 45-60 days) for a response from their claims department on the 6 furniture items they lost including a desk and large area rug - how does that even happen? Items broken included a bookshelf. They also lost glass/mirrored tops to an entertainment stand, coffee table and bar cart. I am almost certain these items probably broke upon transportation and delivery. Justin, Ronnie and Heather Duhon continue to give the run-around that their claims department is looking into the matter, however there is no follow-up or resolution. It seems convenient to store your items here as they offer pick-up/delivery and have a user-friendly dashboard, but not at the expense of having to replace your items. There are plenty of other customer complaints at the BBB website as well. Overall, I would not recommend using this company.

Steer clear! This company is awful. Not only did they charge us FOUR times their quote after going over each room in detail, they continue to randomly charge our credit card $2000 dollars 4 months after we did business with them. The first time they did this, it took us a week of calling them to get a response and finally they corrected it. Then they just did it again! I don’t have a week to try and track them down after they randomly keep charging us for no reason. At this point it’s just straight FRAUD.

DO NOT USE. In theory their service seems like a good idea, but in reality it’s a sloppy, poorly executed, messy excuse for a moving and storage company. We used them to store everything in our home for a couple months and when the items were delivered back to us almost every single piece of furniture was broken or damage. Not to mention the items that just completely “disappeared.” I’m talking about countless items that are totally destroyed. We filed a claim back in August 2022 and here we are in January 2023 with ZERO resolution. The customer service is horrid. They also use barcode stickers to tag all your items, have fun removing those. Imagine those super sticky price tags everyone hates on everything you own. Bottom line, if you’re just moving boxes, give them a whirl, but if you have furniture that you’re quite found of, USE SOMEONE (ANYONE) ELSE.

Best moving/storage company in Dallas! The movers, Kelvin and Calvin were very professional-- they arrived on time and immediately got to work. Call Box Storage will move your things to a new location and even store them for you. They usually offer 20% off when storing your items. Definitely using this service again and again and again. You should too. Ask for Kelvin and Calvin.

If I could give Callbox Storage negative stars I would. They moved me at the end of August and lost an important piece of furniture. It took over 2 months for the matter to be "resolved". Two months of ME calling them EVERY week. Only to be told they would pay me $200 for the $1600 piece of furniture they lost. The claims manager made sure to tell me she did ME a favor by doubling the weight of my furniture (they pay by the weight $.60/lb) and reminded me I waived the insurance (which i don't recall being told about as the process was rushed by the movers when they arrived). Never mind the scratches and dents on the furniture that did make it...I can move on from that. But their offer is INSULTING and they don't care. They call themselves "trendsetter". Trendsetters in how NOT to handle things is what I can only surmise is their goal. I am betting one of my movers is enjoying my furniture as type these words. Callbox Storage is joke.

I had a very good experience with Callbox moving my household items to storage. When I had questions they were very fast and responsive to answer. I would definitely recommend their services.
