Camden Design District Team has been amazing to work with. Laci helped us every step of the way and answered all our questions. The Camden Design District Team was kind enough to store away some of our furniture that was delivered earlier than expected. Once we moved in I looked over everything in our apartment, you can tell that the maintenance team takes pride in their work. The Camden Design District Team is amazing! I love the Camden brand, thank you!

Lived here for over two years and sad to go. Despite complaints of things in the area that are not within the control of Camden, they do a wonderful job at this property. I worked for a direct competitor to Camden and can tell you they care about this property and its residents. The manager, Michael, is one of the best I’ve dealt with. Very personable as well as the rest of the staff. Highly recommend these apartments if you’re looking for something in the Design District.

I’m just shy of my 1 yr. Anniversary with living at Camden Design District and it has been a great year. From management, to the leasing staff and maintenance- couldn’t pick a better spot to relocate from the east coast.
One thing to keep in mind, everything can’t be perfect all the time but the staff at Design District really go above and beyond at striving for that perfection. I really want to spot light the maintenance team for all their hard work and dedication to the property and the residents. Any time I have put in for a service or work order (depending on the request type) maintenance usually has it completed by the end of the day IF POSSIBLE.
Same goes for the office staff and management with striving to staying connected with the residents and our needs or concerns/ requests. Michael the G.M., to Tiffani and Lacy in the leasing office- you guys are the best! Any time I have questions or need assistance they are on top of it 110% all the time. I have lived in a few states and never seen a team more eager to help in any way they possible can.
I would definitely recommend this location if you are looking live close to all the major happenings around the Dallas area.

At the time of writing this it is currently 100 degrees outside with a heat index of 108. Our ac went out last week and after putting in a request to have it fixed, there was no change. We put in yet another repair order and still no change and it somehow made the problem worse. This was on Friday. The guy said to call back if the problem persists which we did, and heard nothing back. Around 4pm, after waiting for the call back we were told we would receive, I called the emergency line because at this point my dogs were panting and uncomfortable with our inside temp being over 80 degrees. They put in a portable unit which has done little to nothing and 2 days later, we are still sitting at 80 degrees inside. Camden will not hire an outside repair service to replace the unit and because they don’t have anyone working over the weekends we are now going to go 5 days at least before having another repair attempt made. While Anton who is in charge of maintenance is very helpful and understanding through this situation, Camden is the biggest joke of a “landlord”.
My truck was broken into within the first month of moving in here with no help from their “overnight security”. The walkways and stairways are absolutely disgusting in this building and you will see the same pieces of trash in them for weeks on end before finally being cleaned up. The dog park has a problem with homeless people using the fence to hang their stuff on. The sidewalks that aren’t under construction are littered with trash from the Uber drivers waiting to pick people up from the restaurant across the street. But this situation right here was the straw the broke the camels back for me. The fact that they rather let tenants and their pets deal with Texas summer heat for days on end before actually paying an outside company to fix the problem is why I will never live at another Camden property.

As a resident who moved from Victory Park in 2023, I feel compelled to share my genuine experience living at Camden Design District Apartments to give honest feedback. This review is entirely unbiased—I have not received any compensation for sharing my thoughts.
First and foremost, I must commend the staff and upper management for their professionalism and excellent service. Throughout my time here, they have consistently shown a commitment to addressing any concerns promptly and efficiently. Even when issues arose, they were quick to resolve them, which speaks volumes about their dedication to resident satisfaction.
It's important to acknowledge that every apartment complex will encounter its fair share of challenges. However, what sets Camden Design District apart is their proactive approach to problem-solving. They genuinely listen to residents' concerns and make a concerted effort to address them reasonably.
One aspect worth mentioning is the stunning view from the first-floor apartments overlooking the Virgin Hotel and the Mexican restaurant. While it offers a picturesque backdrop, occasional disturbances from parties or valet speeding through can occur. This isn't a deal-breaker for me, but potential residents should be aware of it.
On a positive note, the maintenance team deserves special recognition for their exceptional work. They've consistently gone above and beyond to address any issues promptly and effectively.
In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend Camden Design District Apartments to anyone seeking a comfortable and well-managed living space. While there may be minor inconveniences, the overall experience has been overwhelmingly positive. I hope this review helps prospective residents make an informed decision about their future home.

Maintenance staff is the reason why I still live here. Anytime you need anything, and I mean anyyyy time, they are always there to help. Edgar especially is always so kind to me and even my dog. He even came in for routine air filter change and replaced some light bulbs while he was at. Great staff here!

I have lived at 2 other camden properties as well. Camden has the best management and maintenance!
Great prices for space and you will love the courtyard and pool. There are trail around and right next to all of the major highways and the tollway.
I am moving to a different part of the metroplex! I have had wonderful experience all the years I’ve lived here !
