I wasn’t going to make this review but I simply cannot stop thinking about the awful customer service I got here . Walked in and was completely ignored not a hello or welcome or anything !( I am very socially awkward so it took about 5 minutes of being ignored before I finally asked for help ). -‘another woman walked in and they spoke and helped her almost immediately! The woman who finally helped me was pretty worthless as well I asked her about some moisturizer I was interested in so I asked if they carry it she said “yup”. Didn’t offer to show me where or talk to me about it I honestly drove almost an hour here and planned to buy so much more but it was so bad I have to come back with a friend just so I won’t feel unwanted in the store . Any questions I had the employee made sure I knew she didn’t want to answer them! Came home and did some
More research so I can go back tomorrow and get the things I needed . Makes me sad wish there was another location this one is not welcoming !

I had an absolutely incredible experience with Camera Ready. Chelsie and the team were kind and helpful before I even got to the store.
My initial contact was through the website where I used the chat feature. I found this to be easy to use and the team was responsive.
In store I was greeted warmly and was in and out with what I needed in no time. The store is beautiful. Exactly what you would expect from a high end cosmetics company. Bright lights and incredible organization.
From beginning to end my experience with Camera Ready Cosmetics was an absolute pleasure.
Thank you all for your help, generosity, and kindness. It is very much appreciated.

NEVER ORDER A SAMPLE FROM THEM (I'LL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING ELSE). YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU'LL END UP WITH. THE SAMPLE I ORDERED CAME IN A TINY, UNSEALED PLASTIC CUP, WITH JUST A NUMBER HAND-WRITTEN ON THE TOP. AGAIN NO SEAL ON THE ITEM AND NO REAL LABEL ANYWHERE. THERE IS NO WAY I WOULD CONSIDER PUTTING THIS NEAR MY FACE. I HAVE NO IDEA WHO HANDLED IT OR HOW IT WAS HANDLED. THEIR MANAGER, JESSICA, SAID THEY HAVE "PROFESSIONALS" TRAINED TO OSHA STANDARDS AND WHATEVER. THAT DOESN'T MEAN THEY FOLLOW THEM. AND KEEP IN MIND, ONCE YOU RECEIVE THE QUESTIONABLE SAMPLE ITEM, YOU CAN'T GET YOUR MONEY BACK. QUITE A LITTLE SCAM.

DO NOT ORDER!!!! I had a wedding where I had to do 6 makeup looks for 6 different skin tones. I figured I give this company a try and I bought the RCMA VK pallet. When it arrived it came melted with a layer of oil. I touched the concealers and they were not useable.
Rather than taking accountability this company gave me a gift card and their excuse was they are a small business and hope I can understand.
1. What I understand is I am out $77 because I made a horrible decision to purchase from them
2. What I also understand is this company should not be mailing product if they are in fact ill equipped to do so.
I will be disputing my charge and not using the gift card because I do not live near the store. Everything has to come through the mail and I’m not risking it again. Any other makeup brands I received do not come damaged. DO BETTER !
After reviewing other damaged reviews, customers got their money back so for whatever reason I’m the only one who HAS to get a gift card

Brandon was amazing!!!! He was so helpful in finding a solution for my VERY complicated skin. It was my first time in and He went above and beyond. I will definitely be getting my makeup here from now on!!

My purchase was not delivered and supposedly returned to the sender. After sending proof of this transaction to CRC they are “checking with their vendor” and not fulfilling their obligation. I waited long enough and requested a refund. I doubt that is going to happen and expect I will be out of >$260. Buyer beware!

Horrible customer service. Slow. They charge twice for shipping and returns. Accused me for opening the product when I haven’t (it was not my usual product that I use, so I didn’t need to open it) .It probably got damaged in transport (if damaged at all, I bet they made it up considering other reviews having similar issues). Instead of refunding me my $ they issued me store credit (I read the store policy and product was not opened or used so refund back to account, they try everything not to do so). I will not be doing business here. Stay away from this company! I’m reporting this shady company to BBB as well. They are scamming.
I recommend Embellish Fx store or Amazon to get the same pro brands with easiest returns and better customer service.
Update: finally I got a confirmation on my email (after filing a complaint first, about receiving store credit) they issued me partial refund. Since they charge twice for shipping both ways, which most companies these days don’t.
Trust Pilot reviews say else you got less than 2 stars, wish I saw it sooner.

This by far is my favorite place to buy makeup. I now live in Arlington and will drive to them with no hesitation to buy what I need or simple to get detailed advice on new products that I want to try. I have been there for hours talking before leaving! I always feel welcomed and never embarrassed when I know something amongst seasoned artist. They are like my makeup artist best friends lol. I wish they were doing classes because I would attend in a heart beat because I truly trust their advice and expertise.

I forgot to ask for the associates names there when I went. But they were the most attentive, professional and sweetest people there! I went in today, me, my mom and sister drove 3 hours from where we live just for this location and the trip was well worth it! Everything we needed for my wedding day they had and some extra stuff that we got as well that they recommended! Thank you CRS! I will definitely be back!! ❤️

This was my first time in. I haven't purchased makeup before and was there for Halloween make up. Chelsea assisted me and couldn't have been better! She helped me find what I needed, balanced other customers, and was so nice and welcoming.

My first experience with Camera Ready Cosmetics was AMAZING! I wasn’t sure exactly what I needed but had some other products that required color matching. Jess and Chelsie were simply OUTSTANDING!!!! They took their time to get to know me, what the items were for to make sure I ordered the correct items. They evaluated my current colors and provided me with very specific details regarding color matching to the new product. I could not be happier with advice and their personal service. I will be a life long customer!!!

You guys would have gotten a 500 dollar sale from me for my girlfriend but...sadly no apple pay. Please fix this . Because your team Calvin associate was the best I have seen. He talked me out of sephora and my gf was so sad I had to Amazon. I will be back when it's done.

What a great find!!! The influencer I follow for makeup tips is based in Dubai. She has always highly recommended Ben Nye face powder. After checking all the sephoras and ultas in my area I finally did what I should have in the first place...asked Google . And it told me of this great little Shop. I am so happy that I found them. GREAT place to find those direct to customer brands or the hard to find ones. Not overwhelming in its size and selection, not over run by overly made up sales people dressed all in black...you get the point! Check it out
