My dog Lucky loves going to camp! He gets excited as soon as we pull up. The staff is friendly and attentive, always showing him and the other dogs love. I like that I am able to check in via the cameras as well!

We love Camp Bow Wow! Our dog is always so excited when we pull up to drop her off. The staff recognizes her when we come in and they have a fondness in their voice when they say Hi to her by name. I don't know how they know all the dogs - or maybe ours just stands out for her sweetness - but it makes us feel special, and we know they take good care of her.

1. Beware of SICKNESS within the camp. Our girl was picked up yesterday and today, Holt diagnosed her with kennel cough. Thankfully, we are early to treat it.
2. Know that someone is NOT there 24 hours. Check the Camp Bow Wow official website for proof-- if emergency happens they say "someone lives nearby"?!?!?! NOT OKAY. We bought her a luxury suite-- checked over and over and nobody was there after 7:30pm... AGAIN, NOT OKAY.
3. Terrible at answering calls. We had to call corporate because of it.
That being said, it would be a much better idea to have someone you trust watch your pup... In that case, your pup will not won't be exposed to disease, the person will be with them overnight will be there in case of emergency, and your dog will probably rather be there instead anyways.

Staff are amazing here. Our dog can be a bit of a pain, but the staff has listened and learned how to work with him. 10/10 would recommend!

I have a very fearful dog that we recently adopted. They listened well and took great care to work with her when she came for her first "meet and great". My dog did very well and was invited back.

I arrived at 922 with hazel in perfect health. Picked her up at 3:03 and she still seemed to be in stellar shape. She showed no signs of pain/agitation. Arrived at petsmart at 325 on Inwood Rd, for a bath and left. At 333 received a call from petsmart asking me to come retrieve my dog because when they removed her harness to begin her bath, they saw she had been injured. I got there at 338, they all looked at me in horror and showed me underneath her arm alongside her rib where it appears she's been mauled with 2 clean punctured wounds and dried blood around the fur.
Still dumbfounded and in shock, they began asking me who, what, when, where, how. I tearfully explained that she had just come from cbw and was just there for a bath after hours of play. No one at cbw uttered a single word of my dog's injuries and my dog was not limping or appeared to be hurt in anyway.
She wore a harness which pretty much covered the wound as it didn't stand out. Petsmart grooming staff told me it appeared as though the wound had been cleaned and not to return my dog there. I immediately search for a banfield and find one 6 minutes away on Forest lane. I call bow wow and was given every excuse as to why no one alerted me as soon as this happened.
I checked hazel in at banfield at 3:49 where they assessed her wounds and solicited medication and advice. She was sent home with medication and a cone. We returned this morning for her to receive stitches while under sedation.
It is not that my dog was attacked by another dog that angers me. They're animals, it's their nature. My rage comes from the staff failing to be professional and deliberately being deceitful and dishonest. When the attack happened. I was not alerted immediately. When I picked her up, her harness was placed on her by the staff, there was no way she could've missed that wound because it was precisely where the harness has to be clampsed. Not even then was I told about the incident. Even when I had to call cbw today at 245, (because no one called me), the assistant manager was in a rush to get me off the phone, reminded me of the waiver I signed, and told me they're still reviewing footage.
I noticed as I often looked in on her via web cam, the imbecile that was supposed to be doing his job was always sitting down with his head bowed and back turned to most of the dogs. So I'm guessing that same imbecile was the one that secretly cleaned hazel's wounds and deliberately chose to say nothing. Your staff has deliberately demonstrated that they are unreliable, unprofessional and deceitful.
It is no different than you sending your child to daycare, they get attacked, you undress the child to treat the wounds, put it's clothes back on, don't say a word to the parent, and pretend like nothing has happened. Had I been informed the moment this happened, I would've picked her up with no complaints. As I said, they're animals. But camp bow wow staff maliciously chose to not follow protocol and deceive me.

We have a gigantic Great Dane puppy named Milo. He’s nervous in new places. The staff at Camp Bow Wow High Five location takes extra time for this big baby, which we really appreciate! It feels good knowing we are dropping him off with loving people who care about dogs! Being able to check on him via the video cameras on the app is nice, too.

My dog came home very sick, and not from kennel cough. When I'd gone to pick up after a 3 day stay, I had to ask if everything was ok, at which point the diarrhea was mentioned. It started on Sunday morning, and no mention until I picked up Sunday and asked questions.Apparently my dog wasn't eating so they gave her beef broth. Either it was spoiled or they gave her way too much. $600 vet bill later, honestly I'm stunned.A) feeding is an issue, and safety issues are apparent.B) location understaffed, so they may not answer your calls. Kind people, but not enough of them.C) lack of interest in communicating important details in a timely way.
