Drove 2 hours to this location for a wheel repair on my corvette rim, Approx time was 2 hours, they said they needed more time so I left it there 5 days, after not hearing back I made the trip back up there to check on my rim, upon arrival I was told that they had messed up my tire, they sliced it with the machine whenever removing it off the rim, employees were nice how ever the owner did not want to assume responsibility, The OWNER also did not want to replace my tire, my tire being a pirelly higher end racing tire, the OWNER did not want to even pay for a used same tire,

If I could give them 10 stars I would! Came in with a cracked rim that was effecting my tire pressure on a really rainy and stormy day in dallas of all places ! After calling a few places I was lucky enough to come down and have Fernando repair my rim . .. where other places tried to charge me 130+ and a 2 day waiting period, Canales got me back on the road in 2 hours for half the price! Amazing work and very friendly employees. The young woman in the office was very polite during my card transaction! Hidden Gem?

I broke down on my way to work due to a cracked rim. My coworkers took me to my car on lunch break and I took the tire off to run to them. This was at 12:30pm. By 4pm when I got off...they were done! I feel safer and they were such kind, diligent people!

These guys are great! Very reasonable price, great customer service, quick repair work. Also, everyone is so friendly in there that it feels like family. This is a place I'd go back to for any tire or wheel work!
