Their tech issues have kept thousands of people without their direct deposit paychecks. My boss was nice enough to write me a check and they refused to cash it because “They don’t have access to that banks funds.” I DONT HAVE ACCESS TO MY FUNDS! Absolutely horrible.

I have been on the phone for 1 1/2 hrs this morning trying to find out WHERE MY DEPOSIT IS with no one connecting with me. I have bills that need to be paid. I am thinking abt changing banks due to all the news reports about delays in deposits because my bills do not care.

Didn't want to give me a Simple debit card. I didn't even have money on it but just as a process to being self made and rebuilding my life after walking with Death it's very angering. Feel like they laughed in my face the whole time. Then I'm not nosy but as I left people were coming inside saying they had a whole bunch of fraud charges. So I definitely don't recommend this branch. Then I asked if she could take a look at the picture of my id I had on phone and she said "She wasn't allowed to touch my phone" some lame excuse like that. That's why I learned my lesson on treating everybody equal because you never know when you could be entertaining angels unaware.

Brian is great! Everyone else at this branch has absolutely no idea what they are doing. They were not able to answer simple questions. I asked what average rates were, they literally said they don't know and told me to go online. It's hilarious. As far as atms and depositing I have no issues but that is capital one not this branch specifically. Either talk with Brian or you might as well go online, a chatbot would be more knowledgable than these kids.

I would advise anyone thinking of doing business with Capital One to look elsewhere. I have never had such a horrible experience with any banking entity. Especially customer service. I have had an open account with a large deposit from a title 2 weeks now. It took over a week to clear the check, and only after I placed multiple calls to Capital One to expedite what was going to be a 12-day process. Now, my issue is not receiving a debit card by the day specified on my banking app. Was told that date was not correct and that Monday would be the day I could call and request an expedited card be sent. And that takes 2-4 business days. So I have been without a method to go to the grocery store for two weeks now. Mail has run, and there is no card. So much could be avoided by providing correct information to clients instead of giving misleading details and being told by customer service just how wrong you are in believing the date that the BANK has provided. This is twice now that I apparently don't know what the heck the deadline date means, silly me, and have been talked to in a manner befitting a 2 year old by customer service. I would absolutely try to move my money, but I fear not having access for even more weeks to come. I am without transportation making physical transactions at the bank impossible. Therefore, this "delay" in the arrival of my debit card is a bad situation.
Capital One, do better with your customer support and with your unreal expectations of service. Had you been transparent, I would not have deposited my check with you. I did my research, and yall were heads above the crowd, so I thought. But it has been one disappointing situation after another. I would give no stars if that was an option.

I was scammed and a victim of identity theft and I fully believe that this bank was involved. I was supposed to receive my card on July 5th, and decided to check on the arrival today since I still had not received it yet. Once I signed up for my account I see that the card is already been used ABOVE the limit balance and the transactions occurred at this bank on July 7th. Not only am I pissed, I’m shocked at how there’s no security codes in place to prevent this from happening especially since my card had not been activated!!

This capital one is the closest to me now that they keep closing branches for no reason.
This location always has atm problems. Either one atm machine is down or both are down. This makes it very inconvenient. Either make the atm work or put more branches back up. I’ve been banking with capital one for over 10 yrs and this makes it very hard for me to continue banking with them.

Opened a checking account and because it came from a prepaid card. I pose a risk to the bank. The most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. Ill gladly take my money elsewhere

I will be closing my account with them. Clerks attain no knowledge of business or common bank practices. I should have never opened an account with them. Going back and sticking to Chase. Hassle free deposits.
