If you can find any other bank do so. Customer service is horrible. Been waiting on a ATM card for a month and it's no issue to them. They don't care. Worst experience ever. Try Chime or some other bank

Tried to deposit cash into my account, I was told that wasn’t possible until I counted every dollar I had even though they had a cash counter right there.. ended up wasting 30 minutes trying to get them to deposit MY MONEY into MY ACCOUNT. What kind of bank doesn’t count cash? What’s the money counter for at that?

Don’t waste your time or money banking with these people. I called to get an answer as to if I will have to come to the bank and pick up my check because I have to close out my account, or will it be sent by mail to me. The lady is asking the same questions over and over and then just to get an answer I have to take a picture of my id while on the phone with them and the camera will not open up and I tried 3 times! First off I didn’t even know they were closing my account until it was closed and that was odd. But to not let me know how to get my money out is just ridiculous!!!!!!!

Can you imagine going to the bank to make a withdrawal and you arrive and the teller tells you, you must order funds for withdrawal a week in advance? I am also not asking for a large sum or anything out of the ordinary. The customer service is also extremely cold and rude. There is no intention whatsoever to help. Why should I bank here?

Looking to open a business account and called earlier in the morning to check availability. Staff was polite and told me come in anytime before 5pm. I walk in at 4:30pm and am promptly turned away because 'it could take an hour and we won't stay late'. Not the first impression I was looking for. Safe to say I will not be opening an account with Capital One.

I have called twice for them to stop sending me their mail but they won't! I don't bank with them, stop sending me mail!

Very unprofessional and borderline rude. I came in to open a new account and waited almost 20 minutes in the line to speak with someone. No one greeted or triaged me when I came in. I mentioned to the teller that having someone to do that could be really helpful. She gave me an unbothered look and said they were busy. That’s understandable and makes triaging even more important. A quick question could probably cut the line in half. Also, I watched the teller take a break right when it was getting busy and I was next in line. I literally had to wait until she came back from break to be seen for a 30 second interaction! There’s no “thank you for the wait” or “please pardon the delay”. Just “we’re busy and that’s how it is here”. Other banks figure it out. They’re clearly not interested in delivering good customer service here. It’s wild too because I sought out this bank because I have old classmates on the corporate side. There’s a huge disconnect but this is a nightmare setup for potential customers. Very surprised and disappointed.

Both of the outdoor ATMs are out of order this morning. The lobby ATM (which is supposed to be available 24/7) is also inaccessible because the door lock isn’t working. Super annoying!!

I was reviewing my check account and I happen to find out that Capitol One charge me $39.00 to my account at Well Fargo. My question is how in the world Capitol One got a hold of my personal info? I don't have an account w/ Capitol One. So, I put a stop payment to that transaction. We need to pay attention to our banking institutions what they are doing w/our personal info.
