I love this Bank my Bank!! From drive thru to the inside. Drive thru teller's are ALWAYS so helpful to me ❤️! I really appreciate them so much?.And I had been trying to open a checking account online and was having trouble. Finally had the time to come into the branch. And Miss Cree helped me get EVERYTHING taken care of to the very end showed me my accounts on the apps. And then took care of my bank transactions as well. She also showed me how to setup up my Zelle and how to send money to myself. She was very patient with me.GREAT PEOPLE WORK HERE!

I visited the branch to open a savings account. Terrible service plus 30 minutes waiting to be attended to. I left the branch because no one attended to me. There was only one person attending and all the others were sitting talking to each other. TERRIBLE SERVICE.I visited the branch to open a savings account. The customer service here is absolutely horrendous. I sat at the drive up window, where a woman was on her computer, and would not even look at me or approach me and I was sitting in my car for at least five minutes.

Called and was transferred several times and called 3 more times, no one was able to tell me the exchange rate to purchase Euros. I have accounts in 2 other banks....thank God they were able to assist. I went with the best exchange rate. Will never know what Cap One has to offer...unless I spend a day at the branch. Nope.

Definitely never coming back to this place. I will take my business somewhere else. Went to this place today, tried to open a business account and the lady at the lobby didn't even know what she was talking about.. .

Extremely rude branch. Went in for a 10 AM appt waited for someone to even speak to me to say good morning for 15 mins before I finally went to the tellers to let them know I had an appointment then they said “you should have told us”. Ok well I made eye contact, smiled and tried to speak to every person which they just waltzed past me. Finally sat down with the manager who was as unhelpful as she could be. Apparently, even though the appointment confirmation said you only need one ID, they wanted a second ID. When I told her I was frustrated that their system told me otherwise - she just said “yeah you can’t trust that”. Okay well it’s YOUR system, I didn’t find the info on Reddit, it was on my appointment confirmation!! Overall horrible experience, if I could give them 0 stars I would.

This is the 4th day in a row that I have attempted to deposit cash at this locations ATM and have NOT been able to. My work hours and your lobby hours do not make it possible to deposit during the day, so CAN SOMEONE fix your ATMs, otherwise I'm ready to close my account(s) and bank elsewhere! What's up with Capitol One lately? Closing locations and your customer service has gone down the toilet..... anyone care to explain????

Horrible. I have personal accounts with them and tried to open business accounts with them. My car was broken down and I still made the appointment, only to be told they required one paper no one else does and wouldn’t help me without it. Then didn’t even apologize or show any sympathy towards the efforts I made to get there. Terrible service.
