I am speechless about the horrible customer service on my call inquiry. No wonder the review was only 2.5. If I have seen the low score, I would have called a different branch for help.
The background sounded worse than McDonald's and I can hardly understand the person's English. I finally got my account verified with him but he can't offer much help. You guys should really put more effort into improving the customer service. The low score says it all.

The worst service I have ever received, this bank is useless. I tried to get my money from the card where they pay me and the truth is that it was very uncomfortable because they asked me for 2 types of identification and I practically only have my driver's license with me and my card from that bank. It was very uncomfortable because they also don't have a banker available so all the people waiting listen to what you are saying and it took a long time. The people who helped me were not friendly at all and I received the worst service. They are there to provide service, not to ask you what you want your money for. Terrible SERVICES

Outright refuse to send your debit card to the address you want them to and insist on sending it to locations youve stressed to them are NOT SECURE. Putting your bank account and information at needless risk.

The ATM outside always having issues can't go inside anymore to the ATM smh most banks that's closed you can slide your card to get access inside because they ATM down I have to pay a fee at another ATM

Ive had my cars financed here, 3 credit cards, checking and savings and my direct deposits for years. Now because of your incompetent off shore call centers I’m done completely with Capital One. When you cost me money to continue banking either you. Im out. Everything has been moved to my credit union. ~OUT!

The atm outside, took my money and didn't deposit in my account, now i have to wait 45 to 90 days for the investigation to complete!! Is awful
