***$600 TO FIX A WINDSHIELD***I called to get a quote & they were really helpful to separate the Van.Van was really good.When I went to pick it up, they were not really nice over the phone. They closed early on the weekends because of summer hours & when I called them that day to ask for the address, they were rude saying nobody wanted to wait for me to pick up the van because the address in the email was incorrect.Another issue happened, they asked for a Credit Card but they didn’t ask the credit limit on the card & unfortunately a rock hit the windshield & cracked it, a quarter size.I asked them if I could use a company I knew & they say NO, they only had 1 contractor they approved to use whom charge $600.A 50 year old company big enough, has only 1 contractor?TIP: If I would have come back early, change the windshield yourself because I didn’t have $600 extra to pay.After an argument of 3 phone calls & me asking for solutions, they agreed to charge $300 first & $300 2 weeks after.What a rip off because a bunch of glass companies charge $400 to change a ford transit windshield.

The Dallas location 8555 John Carpenter FRWY. off of 183 Irving, is not a location you would want to rent from. Our experience at this location was horrible and we are still feeling the affects even 1 month after renting. They are a rip off in so many ways at this location.Invoice provided was also documented incorrectly and we were charged incorrectly and then I was given a response that corporate will provide an invoice in 24 hours regarding charges.In all the years we have rented from Capps. Has us now rethinking our rental choice for transportation

Just got this van on yesterday evening from the location on John Carpenter in Dallas Tx. We are on our family trip to Florida and the light pops on change oil soon! I call and the guy from another location tells me if I get the oil changed they will reimburse me. Ok that’s fine and all, but not customer that has paid well over $1400 should have to get mechanic work done on a van rental. It should of been done from jump! He tells me it doesn’t need one until it gets to 14500. Ok it’s almost at 14000 so it should of already been done period. I have him transfer me to the location where I got the van from and I guy name Byron answers the phone! I began to tell him the issue and he tells me pay for a oil change and they will reimburse me! I told him I wasn’t getting anything done because I’m not a mechanic know if my husband wants to he can! He tells me if the van blows up I’m responsible! Lmbo you all are responsible for giving us a van that isn’t properly serviced are you serious? Guess what Byron was so unprofessional he hung the phone up in my face! He was on speakerphone so the whole family heard how rude he was. Never again will we use this van service! I paid 5 car note payments to be disrespected by an employee of this establishment. I will also be reporting this issue to the BBB. I hope you have a great day Byron!

Man this place was awesome very affordable price decent service D.Glenn was great and made sure we were satisfied we will be using again!!! My family was very comfortable on our road trip!!!

Very good service from Gocapps. They have wide variety of high quality vans, plenty availability and easy to book. Also staff are friendly. Highly recommend them.
