I had a membership for over a year, signed up when they had a deal around the holidays. Last October 2024 I needed to cancel my membership. The customer service woman at the location said she cancelled it, gave me a receipt with the date of when my membership cancels. I continued to get charged for months. Tried to reach out via their website (no phone number), I went to the location and they said someone would call me and that it was cancelled (no one has reached out to me), I've reached out via social media, nothing! I've not used my membership since October 2024 and wanted my money back!! I suggest to anyone who goes here, do not get the membership. I hope someone with their customer service department sees this and reaches out to me - I'd really appreciate being reimbursed the months I was charged!!

The prices were a bit more than other similar car washes, but I quickly understood why. The wash really was peaceful and got aaalllll of the dirty off my car. The self vacuum stations WERE SUPER POWERFUL. Typically the self vacuums at other places barely suck anything up, theses were turned on all of the way!!!! Will definitely come back

First time using this place on Mockingbird. I paid for Bright Wash but got the service of Basic Wash. [per their website] Bright Wash comes with all the Basic. Plus: - Wheel Cleaner - Underbody Rinse - Wheel Blaster - Hand Dry - Sealer Wax - Bug Removal But I got NONE of these above after paying for the Bright Wash. I should have checked their Yelp reviews beforehand. Was gonna buy for the monthly services if my first time experience was satisfactory but sadly, won't go back there.

Ok guys here it is, I've been with Carnation Auto Spa since day 1, dedicated customer for show extremely active showing up at all their locations in Dallas/suburbs , I've taken all my vehicles to all surrounding locations and I have the ultimate package plan for all each I may say . $120.00 mthly I believe I pay total all vehicles. IVE NOTICED , THEY APPLY TIRE DRESSING ON YOUR RIMS YES RIMS /METAL YES WHERE TIRES ARE MOUNTED ON YOU DO NOT APPLY TIRE DRESSING /GREASE ON METAL !!! You might as well apply grease on the who vehicle . In 2 years I've spent $600 to have my rims repainted due to the sun cooking my rims changed the colors . Tire dressing should only be APPLIED on TIRES ONLY !!!

Don't go here. The basic car wash is $11 and doesn't remove bird poop. When I circled back to show the employee that my car was still dirt, he said "yeah. I told you to buy the more expensive wash". Bird poop should be washed off with a basic wash. I won't ever come back. Too many other good places in the area.

Vacuum are GREAT! Best I've had at Carnation auto spa. Services was ok, not the most friendly but very efficient. Was was great and dried off car nicely. I had a monthly plan and yes the value is there!

Leslie is a pleasure. She was very helpful in describing all of the packages and member options. It wasn’t just about her level of service - because it wasn’t service, it was hospitality which often times is a lost art. I’ll be a repeat customer.

I go through the wash so fast that my truck is never fully clean. Misses spots around door handles and trim. I still have to wash it when I leave.

Both carnations on FM 544 have HORRIBLE customer service. One by QT is broken down frequently. Has broken down 3 times in 2 months while I was in mid wash. Other one on FM 544 take several minutes for someone to scan you in, then another couple minutes to show up and get you onto the conveyor. These two locations suck and the owner should be embarrassed of this product.

Paid for the "mini detail" - $55. Not happy at all. The inside wasn't wiped down well. Some areas don't look like they were wiped at all. Carpets are clean but stains still there (I expected that with the price so that's ok). Was the car even vacuumed? Still dusty. Just horrible. I wasn't expecting a full detail for $55 but this doesn't even look halfway decent.
