Finally they hired a friendly staff member! Every time I'm there the staff is either rude or not helpful. It was refreshing seeing a friendly face that took her time to talk to me and help me pick out cute outfits for my niece. Noell did a great job making me feel welcomed and appreciated as a costumer!
