Good quality clothes, but a tad expensive, considering it's for kids. I catch a sale so that was nice. The works have great customer service and were very helpful, not overbearing. If you dont mind spending all your money on kids then check this joint out.

This is my wife's favorite children's clothing store. We've been to several different Carter's and the layout of this spot is similar to any others you've been to. That means they've got a great, varied selection of cute clothes for girls and boys, toddlers and older children. You'll find something you love and, more importantly, something your kids will love to wear.

I purchased cute PJs, that were left over from the black Friday sale. Oddly enough, I was subjected to a manager having a heated discussion with an associate regarding the associate failing to call in. The discussion was so important, I stood at the counter close enough to touch them for a while before I was noticed. It was quite uncomfortable. But other than that I found what I went in the store to look for. The associate that help me was nice and the store was relatively neat.

The location is very easily accessible. There are baskets as soon as you walk in, and more in other places if you decide you need one later. The signs are big, and display prices. The sales associates are very helpful and courteous.

This is by far the best location I have ever been too. Never have I met sure nice and friendly employees at Cater’s and I been to many locations. My main store is the Allen location but after visiting this location I’ll never go to the Allen store again. The staff at the Allen store aren’t friendly and never want to help their customer when needing help. But at this location Tyrell made sure I was able to get the things I needed for my daughter as we are planning for our trip in two weeks. He asked when my trip was and where we were going. To make sure the clothing size I need was in stock and if it wasn’t he would order it for me. Also Brianna was really friendly as she was checking us out at the register. Keep doing what your doing, thank you for your help!!

What wonderful staff they have at this store! The manager Denise went above and beyond to help me with a recalled item and I so appreciate her diligence and can do attitude. This is the place to shop!

I absolutely LOVE Carter's but this specific location has terrible customer service. I called to hold a specific outfit because this location was the only location that carried the size I needed. When I called to hold the outfit, I asked if I could pick up the next day and the associate said I could since I had 24 hours to hold the outfit. I went to pick up the outfit the next day (wasn't even 24 hours) and they didn't have it on hold anymore. One of the employees told me she put it back. She tried to tell me that it was my fault that they didn't have the item on hold because I didn't pick it up the day that was listed on the card (they listed the day I called vs. the day I wanted to pick it up, which was the next day). The sales associate YELLED at me and told me that she put it back because I wasn't there on time (which I was). She told me "next time, make sure they write the right date." How can I make sure that the sales associate that held the item for me writes the right date? How about you apologize for the inconvenience and approach the situation better than by blaming the customer. I went 30 minutes out of my way for this.. NEVER COMING BACK.

It's always fun to shop for the grandkids at Carters. We were just walking back to the car when we passed the store. The bright, colorful clothes that wear and last well as well as the great sales captured our attention and we couldn't resist.

Used to be a favorite place to shop for my two growing boys. The customer service has become so bad at the Park Lane location that I will not even go into the store now. Wokers are very impatient and very RUDE. At first I thought it was just a bad day there, and gave it a few more tries. However, they are consistently RUDE. They literally snap at you for asking basic questions and make customers feel very unwelcome. I have taken my business elsewhere.

I have been a loyal customer for about 5 years now , I am always shopping at the (Carters) Dallas location off of Park LN and recently I have notice on several different occasions how some of the employees act when there is a tall Caucasian lady there by the name of "Felicia" the atmosphere is so different it seems as if the employees are uncomfortable and trapped needless to say I was in yesterday and it really bothered me how she would chime in if a customer was asking another associate a question "Felicia" would take total control over the response , never letting the associate respond to her customer in which I think is rude, not only that but she would not make conversation, and she seems rude, barking at her associates very aggressive I get it if you are the Store Manager but you shouldn't do that to your associates it just really rubbed me the wrong way because I have seen her do this on every occasion since I've been in. in fact the customer that "Felicia" gave the response to said that she was not talking to her but thanks, so i just felt as an customer that i should speak on this and post because her attitude is rude and its all about how you speak to someone the other manager i think her name is "shareea" she is always nice, never once have i seen her talk to her employees that way, never once have i seen her chime in or take control of someone else's situation. Another example, she barked at a pregnant associate because i grabbed a long sleeve thermal from the 4$ table, she told her to go grab them shirts and put them in the right spot sounding very angry and the associate didnt see the shirts and she said ugh they are on the table just look ugh so in which i assume that they where in the wrong spot and it seemed to me that she was a bit upset because i would be getting the shirt for 4$ instead of 8$ "shareea" told me you know don't worry this shirt will be 4$ for you considering that she was checking me out. i then told "shareea" that "felicia" was very mean and its all about how you speak to someone, that is just something you just shouldn't do, from the outside looking in i would not want to work there and i will not shop if she is there,i am sorry.

I love Carter's. My daughter's dad hates when I go cause I can't ever seem to be able to find the exit ;) This place is awesome I love all the adorable clothes they have. Always awesome deals too! The girls that work there are super sweet too!!! Keep up the great job!

Best place to buy kids clothes! Great prices for fantastically cute stuff! Anything you need from sleep clothes to special occasion to swimsuits and better prices and collectively cuter than any other baby clothes store I've been to.
