It was my 40th birthday, and my husband surprised me with a trip to Highland Park to pick up anything I wanted! Wandering around HP, I stopped in Cartier 20 minutes before closing and, of course, did not have an appointment. So, we put our name on the wait, and it must have been our lucky day; we only had to wait 10 minutes. We were blessed to be greeted by Zachary Dutton., He didn't rush us and made us feel as though we had been friends for a million years! He was FUN, and even though it was very close to the end of his shift, his energy level was AMAZING!!! We never laughed and smiled so much and hard! He makes us want to spend more money there! Like empty out our savings kind of money! We felt so important and as if we were the only people that existed! We are already planning our next piece to purchase, and we will absolutely make sure we have an appointment to ensure we get to be in the presence of Zachary Dutton! I will buy anything he sells me! He made the ending to my birthday unforgettable!

Went into this cartier to pick up a love ring however the employees were very rude. when i asked if i could look around since it didnt seem like they were gonna get to me one of the older sales associates was already shaking her head to say no when the store looked deserted .The sales associate i think it was sarah hesitated to let me look around and was clear that they couldnt pull any items as if i dont know what look around means . no one even said goodbye as i left the store. ive shopped at cartier elsewhere never had this experience. just rude unprofessional behavior

“Zachary” who helped us today, he was really sweet! We had a limited time only 50min for shopping, during that time I tried out most of things what I wanted to try, and picked right one. until purchased exactly took 50min.I am very happy for this bracelet, no regret! Thank you so much! Will stop by soon for another pieces. ?

This was my first time at this cartier location and it was a great experience. The front receptionists were very welcoming and the wait wasn’t too long. My SA Lura was very helpful and knowledgeable about the different watches I was interested in. I appreciated her suggestions a lot and look forward to coming to back!

Terrible service, we have an appointment and no one came by to help us pick the ring. They even help the customer who didn't have appointment and just walk in.....Probably because they wear some fancy jewelries and we only wear jeans..... Wait until 15 mins later, an asian sale come by and help us, I'm asian too, so I don't have any problem with it, but this sale just ask: are you guys students? and then start dragging us the the corner, kind of make me feel like she don't want us to get in the way or interface other customer for picking their rings, and keep rolling her eyeball, just want to piss us out........So disappointed, terrible service and terrible sale...... In the end, we went to Harry Winston and bought my dream ring and wedding band, by the way the sale Michelle (in HW) is really nice and kind, please everyone, give up cartier and find HW instead, you will get what you deserve, not some snobbish sales.

I love their fancy products n designs.. it’s an amazing store in such an amazing place. I love highland village and could spend the whole day shopping n dining there. There couldn’t be more fancy n lovely area than that.

If I could give them 10 stars, I would, all thanks to Alex and Zach! This is the only place that my wife wants to go to for all of our special occasion purchases because Alex and Zach provide an unforgettable experience each and every time. I don't typically leave reviews, but after yesterday's experience, I'm happy to do so. Alex helped us find the perfect ring and necklace for our 6-year wedding anniversary, and Zach was there to offer an honest opinion when my wife was struggling to make a decision between two necklaces. It's thanks to them that we continue coming back to Cartier Dallas for all of our fine jewelry purchases. This boutique hit a jackpot when Alex and Zach joined the team! With professionals of this caliber on the team, this boutique will always stand out from other fine jewelry houses! Thank you, Alex and Zach, for making our anniversary so special yet again!!!

I'm really pleased with my purchase and level of service I received at the Cartier Boutique. I had been carefully researching a replacement wedding band and decided that the gold Love band would be the ideal dream ring for me. Once I decided on which ring I wanted, I made an online appointment and had no problem getting the time slot that worked for me. I booked about 2 weeks out. Once I booked online, I received an email confirmation, and was able to add a reminder to my calendar. The appointment is important as I am certain they have occupancy limits and would want to provide a higher caliber of service. Appointments make sense when dealing with a jeweler so they can be attentive to your questions and provide a comprehensive selling ceremony. At this level of retail, this is what you should expect. No rushing. When I arrived at the boutique I was warmly greeted by the concierge and was invited to look around while Alex, the associate with whom I was booked was notified of my arrival. Per my request we looked at the Love wedding band, and she showed me some other rings from the collection as well. When I decided on the ring, I also got fitted This was really important to me since I had lost my last wedding band due to it fitting improperly, since I had purchased it online. Then, we walked back to the desk where payment was taken. I was also offered a beverage and asked if I would like the ring wrapped. While I declined a beverage, I did ask that the ring be wrapped. All the while Alex was very personable and attentive. She also included some fragrance samples with my purchase. Overall, really enjoyed my experience here and I love my new ring! So long as you are making that online appointment, you should be able to get the attentive service you would expect from a brand like Cartier.

Sarah, the manager of the store is a racist. If you’re a person of color, save your time and go elsewhere. I was waiting in the store for 1 hour and a half, was not responded to, was not checked on, and there were people being seen before me. Upon asking her for an approximate time, her and I began going back and forth about people being seen before me and then she proceeded to call the police. She began fabricating stories to the police about how we were harassing the staff. and the security. The security even look confused. Typical karen “save me” scene.Not a single one of us raised their voice. Not a single person caused a scene.When the police came in, they did not even know where to walk towards because of how calm my family and I were.The staff was ordering uber eats while people were waiting to be seen.I have never, EVER been discriminated towards like this at a boutique store. How sad. Sarah, Cartier is not for you my love.I have reached out to 800-CARTIER so no need to be advised to do so. Just making sure other foreigners are aware.

Stellar Service Experience from Alex Twomey! From the onset, Alex was the epitome of professionalism and courtesy.
