I recently had a printer fixed, and I can't recommend them more. They were thorough and got me back up and running. Jesse went through a number of options, and through the process of elimination, found the best solution. I had to replace a printer head (lots of fun!) and it was not cheap, lol, but they made the process a lot less painful. They were upfront about my printer -- in the long run, it was cheaper to replace the printer head because I ultimately had a very good printer compared to what's on the market -- and the pros and cons of keeping it, or buying a new one. Highly recommend them. I will return with other printer issues, but let's hope they don't arise!

I am a long time customer and highly recommend Cartridge World of Dallas. Their printer cartridges have been high quality. But it's the customer service that prompts me to write this review. They have a 'can do' attitude and I couldn't be a more satisfied customer.

★☆☆☆☆ — Cartridge World Richardson, TX
I’ve been a loyal customer of Cartridge World Richardson for years, but whoever is running the place now clearly has no clue how to take care of customers — especially long-time ones.
Their product quality has gone downhill, and their customer service is even worse. I recently went to use a color cartridge I had purchased from them (kept in our supply room until needed). The moment I installed it, every page printed had yellow lines down both sides. When I pulled the cartridge out, it had a huge clump of toner on the outside. I cleaned the mess, cleaned my HP MFP M577 printer (a high-end $300-per-color machine), and within minutes the same problem was back.
My assistant called the store, only to be told the cartridge was “out of warranty” because it was purchased over 90 days ago — and, insultingly, the employee implied we had put an old cartridge in the machine. That’s ridiculous. We discard old cartridges immediately, so his comment was nothing more than a way to dodge responsibility.
Here’s the reality: many businesses like mine buy backup cartridges so we don’t have downtime. That means we may not use them for months. If your policy is that anything over 90 days is “tough luck” — even when it’s clearly defective — then you don’t stand behind your products, period. Now, thanks to their faulty cartridge, I have to pay for a professional printer servicing because toner has leaked all inside my machine.
I used to tolerate occasional defective cartridges because their prices were fair and they used to make things right. Not anymore. There are plenty of suppliers for aftermarket cartridges — choose one that values your business, stands behind their products, and treats loyal customers with respect.
Bottom line: Cartridge World Richardson has lost my business for good.

I want to shout out John at Cartridge World for going above and beyond to help me source toner when my organization's usual supplier fell through at the worst possible moment! He was helpful and knowledgeable and made it possible for me to pick up what I needed the same day. What a refreshing contrast to the last company I dealt with, who kept me waiting for a month for a simple toner refill and then got my order wrong. Enormously grateful!

I needed a new home printer so I called up Cartridge World about a month ago, I spoke with Victor and he took time to listen to my needs and preferences after which he gave his recommendation. I visited the store the next day and he had packaged my printer ready to go and even gave me a discounted price on my purchase. From start to finish, The service was superb and professional and right now the icing on the cake is that I have used my new printer for close to a month and I am loving it more and more each passing day, the functionality is amazing.

I needed a refill for HP Deskjet, and had called to Staples, Inkcity, Costco, and Office Depot. Cartridge World was my solution. They took care of my ink needs and were reasonable on pricing. I had ordered online to Inkfarm, and received a defective cartridge, and they went replacement and it was for a Brothers printer instead of HP, so I was getting very upset. Cartridge World saved my sanity!

Came here to get a printer repaired. They couldn't do it for me, but they went above and beyond, and called around to find a guy that could repair my printer. Will definitely come back here in the future. The service was spot on and the store was very clean and nice environment.

They are super knowledgeable about printers and friendly. I took a really old printer that had issues and they took a look and informed me what my options are. The folks at Best Buy wouldn't be able to do that accurately! Best Buy doesn't specialize in just printers like this place does, plus they would charge you to have their Geek Squad look at it.

Cartridge World-Dallas TX-true rip off. I purchased 62.00 for Black and color RECYCLED ink cartridges and it doesnt work. To top it off the receipts says I saved twelve dollars. BEWARE-their cartridges are NOT compatible with HP Printers,
They are aware of this and will take your money and your old cartridges. SCAM--Clerk claimed how they offer more ink than HP and and goes on and on about how its so much better. I should have gone to Office Max and Staples as they have new ink cartridges both black and color for $59.00 original price-NO SAVINGS. This place claimed they have a recycled program and use towards purchase, after I went by there clerk said they dont offer this program. STAY AWAY
