Rude employee kicked out my grandma from the dressing room even though she wasn’t fully dressed my mom was inside to assist my grandma and the employee kicks my mom out to never had an experience like this until we went to this location bad customer service had them waiting for a dressing room and still didn’t give them one

Very rude. Stood there waiting for a fitting room after asking and no one opened or came to help. So we seen an open room and went in our self since no one came to help. Then a worker came in and proceeded to scream and kick us out tried to force my grandma out the fitting room while she had no clothes. Claimed she was heated because she was recently robbed like if that was our problem. Then still kicked us out the store like if did something. Never had any problems till today smh do better!

I went to Cato about a week or so ago to look for an outfit for a wedding. All the ladies there in the store were amazing and very helpful! I can’t remember all the names but Cali, Tammy and I might be wrong on this name Yonda were amazing and very personal. They all made me feel so good about what I tried on even when I had doubts. Cali was a great salesperson and it was like having a best friend with me! I will always go back to Cato’s! Can’t wait to wear the dress!!

Everytime I come to Cato in Dallas,tx off 35 and ledbetter. They are never open on time. It's 10:15 and the clerk just getting here, just to say..its gonna be a few more minutes so I can do the cash register ughh annoying

On of my favorite places to shop. Friendly staff and helpful. The clearance is not bad at all found some great tops and bottoms for under $10. Conveince of parking and good location.

I simply love this store! They are always so kind and professional. I just don't see that anymore. Always willing to call around if they don't have what we see and mostly they remember their clients. Thank you for bringing kindness and professionalism back. We need it!
