I purchased an Ooze twist battery on Saturday. The store clerk never suggested I test that it work prior to leaving the store. When I opened the product on Tuesday, the battery was unresponsive to charging, the light on the battery never came on, the charger light did light up. I took it back to the store with packaging and receipt and the store would not help me whatsoever, even admitting the brand wasn’t good and would not help either. The store knowingly sold me a bad product, and refused to help. Do not waste your money at this store.

Was helped by Catherine and she was absolutely fantastic! Great energy and highly knowledgeable about all of the products. It's hard to find a good shop and I'm glad I came across this one. This is definitely my new go-to place for cbd and kratom needs :)
