Whenever I call CCS Medical to reorder my supplies, or if I have a question about them, the representatives I speak to are very courteous, treat me like a person and are very helpful to answer any questions I may have.

We had an experience where a transmitter sent us code did not match what our equipment called for ...... NO BACK UP AVAILABLE.
New one to be overnighted and we did not receive it for 6 days. WE NEED AN EXTRA ON HAND IN CASE OF SUCH AN EMERGENCY.

Love ccs medical haven’t long had to switch to them but still love them people I’ve talked to is nice and respectful which i love in people that makes a difference when people like ccs medical cares about their patients

All and all the job got done but it took longer than I thought. Lots of follow up calls with missing notes, missing items, missing test, delay after delay. A few people working on it but it was like they weren’t communicating with each other. Not a smooth and easy experience.

Their hold music is the only reason they get 2 stars. Their customer service is fantastic. They just need to change the shrill pipe music you have no choice to but to listen to while on hold.

My experience with CCS has always been very professional, Informative, Helpful and Friendly. Their pricing is actually cheaper than purchasing my supplies from my local pharmacy and much more convenient. They work very well with my Doctor and insurance company. My life is much less hectic since I started using CCS 3 years ago. I highly recommend utilizing CCS if you would like to make your life simpler with your medical needs that they supply
