Went here for the first time based upon the reviews and initial phone conversation, but my overall experience was not good! It all started when I took my iPad Air, 1st generation, 9.7", which suddenly stopped turning on, for diagnosis. I believe "Sam" was the person who helped me. He started to give me incorrect information on how I have iPad, 8th generation, with 10.2" screen. Good thing I knew my iPad configuration so I started to correct him. He still didn't believe me and checked the configuration online through the iPad's serial number. Of course it came out to be exactly what I was talking about. There was no apology or anything for providing incorrect information. I was then told I will get a call later that day with the diagnostic results. I clearly mentioned to leave a voicemail if I don't pickup or simply send a text. Sam said yes but whole day passed and never received any call. I got a call from an unknown number the next day in the morning which I didn't pickup and no voicemail was left. After not getting any call from the shop I called them in the afternoon and was told that call was made in the morning. I then asked on why voicemail was never left as requested and agreed upon but there was no answer or apology to that. I was then told that my iPad was open and that it is taking power, nothing wrong with the logic board, and that battery is good as well. I was then told that testing screen/digitizer is the next step but before they do that they need my permission as my original screen can be damaged during dissembling. Since I was told everything else checked out, I agreed for checking screen as that was the only thing left and I was sure that was the problem. I then got a call later stating that nothing was wrong with the screen either and that now it is the logic board light that might be the problem. I was also told that repair charges for that will be $150. I was shocked with their explanation as to why I was told there was nothing wrong with the logic board on the first call but then now all of a sudden it turned out to be the logic board? I told them repair is not worth it at this point since the same iPad in used working condition can be bought online for $50 or less. At this point I had enough and just wanted my iPad back so I didn't question or argue anything more and told them that I will pick it up as-is. I was also disappointed that now my original screen might be damaged since they "supposedly" checked my screen. Went back to the store the next week and as it turned out, my iPad was "NEVER" diagnosed and never open! It was in the same exact condition as I have left. They wasted my time and provided all useless and false information all this time! Upon inquiry on what had happened, owner/manager (Akbar) jumped in and "shush" his employee. He then told me that he can diagnose and it appeared that he had no idea what I was told by his employees. I then gave him all of my conversation history and he labeled it as a "miscommunication." He told me there was multiple iPads and mine got "mixed up." Of course his explanation didn't make any sense at all. I told him how I was lied upon and provided misinformation and my time was wasted. Akbar did apologize and told me he will investigate on why I was given false information. He then also told me that he will call around and see if he can find a local seller for the same thing for the same online price for a used working condition. Later in the afternoon I got a call from him saying he could not find anything similar locally. I was reminded again that he is still investigating regarding my issue. As of this writing, I didn't hear anything back from the owner. I am giving 2-star only because of the owner's attitude of accepting the fault. Based upon my first time experience, I am not sure if I will go back again or not. I have also noticed that other local repair shops were bringing client's devices to this shop for repairs. Only they could restore my iPhone in the whole street. They did back up and restore on my new phone and now I am all set with my new 13 Pro Max iPhone. Thanks Aki. He is genius. Surely I can tell he is a Geek.

My phone was having issues and they said they would be able to take a look at it. When I went back for it the next day, the man helping me said he tried 4 times to restart it but it would not restart properly. I felt he was being honest. When I offered to pay for his honest efforts, he denied allowing me to pay several times. I never paid. I felt that they were honest, and I appreciate that.

Got 7 plus screen replaced and now sensors are not working and iPhone turn off when you answer a call, technician says it’s board problem however we didn’t have the issue before screen replacement. I see number of articles that shows it happen with screen replacement. Owner did try his best and was welcoming however I left disappointed wouldn’t recommend service.Edit for the reply:How convenient the board problem started only after the screen replacement and you say it’s nothing with screen repair. If it is going to be uncertain I would have done by myself by ordering from amazon which is $18 and you charged me $45 for which I didn’t say no. Privileged for free lol I would have not posted anything if my phone is working like before and I also did not asked to return my money and left calm, I believe in ethics and for same reason I also mentioned both positive and negative experiences I had at store. Anyhow if anyone want to replace screen either do it by yourself for few bucks it’s very simple or go to different store.
