Absolutely appreciated amazing customer service from beautiful duo Triston and Tammie. Helping us out with amazing smiles. We literally only had 20 min to order and finish eating before our show and they made it happen with delight! Thank you so much ?

It was just ok. Nothing mind blowing but not too bad. We stopped here before a show we were seeing at Winspear. Chips and queso were decent. My sister and I shared the Cesar salad. Warning that the dressing is spicy, but good! It was otherwise just ok. Our favorite part was the flavored teas and lemonades they offer! The employees were very nice. The place was clean and it was convenient to be right by the Winspear. Service was pretty quick!Vegetarian options: Salads have it where you can do with or without meat. They also had a vegetarian bowl. Vegetarian filling for tacos is black beans and mushroom.

I work in the area. But I only come into the office one day a week. Ever since they started construction on Flora Cantina, I wanted to try it. Knew nothing about the menu, but I knew I wanted to try it. It finally opened and I wasn't able to try it until today. I had head from my wife and a couple other people that it was pretty good. A little on the pricey side for what it is. But in my opinion when you have good fresh ingredients you're going to pay a little more. So I was fine with that. I walk in and was immediately greeted by the staff. Good start. I peruse the menu and decide what I want. I wasn't starving so I just went with two tacos. The carne asada and "The "Cowboy" sounded good. After about a five minute wait, the person brings me my order. "Here you go, have a great day". Thank you and I went immediately back to my office to eat. I open up the carne asada first. On the surface, it looked great. I took a bite and that was a bit of a different story. The carne asada was way over cooked, dry, & tough. ( Imagine beef flavored bubble gum) No matter how many fresh ingredients you put on it, that just ruined it for me. And there was zero spice. Even a little heat could have helped overlook the dryness of the meat. Then I moved on to the cowboy taco. Took a bite, the brisket was moist and the fresh ingredients made it a very pleasant taco. But still, could have used some sort of spice to pep it up a little. The Cowboy taco and the service might tempt me back for a second visit, but not 100%. I just would stay away from the "carne asada". But that's just me, you could have a different experience. Try it for yourself. Have a great day everyone.

The staff is amazing! The atmosphere is swell!! The food is blah! Someone has a thing against cooking the meat til it’s done ✅ the drinks are great.

Disappointing. Flora deserves better. The service was fine, but the product being served is abysmal. The food was not even worth a 1/3 of the price, considering you can go a mile or two down Ross and get better for cheaper. I struggled to even finish what I ordered. The first item on the menu, a carne asada taco, will run you $6. At this price point, one would be expecting a premier taco, maybe even a gourmet one. Not the case here. This one had maybe 5-6 pieces of overcooked bland steak, lukewarm potatoes, and a few peppers. The $4 cup of elotes were *rubbery* and I'm not even sure how that happens.Drinks were pricey, but this is fine, since this place is being billed as an "after-the-opera" feature. That being said; it is the opinion of this author that this is a "concession-stand-outside-the-venue", and should not be treated as a dinner spot in any case. Skip this one unless you and your pals need a marg in a pinch before the show.

The first time here was okay. Me and my family came on a busy time. We waited like an hour for some simple food. I'm sure it is a wonderful place to eat. Only go at a time when there are no events.
