Not once was notified about the no return policy on the email receipt or anything! But don’t want to give me my refund on a shoe that hasn’t even shipped yet. Worst customer service ever will never be shopping here or recommend anyone to shop at this store worst in Dallas.

Wish yelp had negative stars. I would rate Centre a -100. Worst customer service experience ever! Do not order online from this store! I placed an order for $250 worth of apparel on December 13, 2022, was sent a confirmation email saying that my order was confirmed, they would send an email when the order shipped and to expect delivery in 7 to 10 days. My credit card was charged. The website provides a phone number to call if there are any questions about an order. Called several times the week before Christmas and no one would answer the phone, so I left a message asking about my order leaving the order number and all pertinent information. Never received a call back. Never received an email indicating shipment. Christmas came and went. Tried to call the number provided on the website the week after Christmas and, SURPRISE, no one answered the phone. Called at least 50 times and still no answer. Checked the store hours online (THEY DO NOT EVEN OPEN UNTIL NOON) and decided to go to the store on Wednesday afternoon-- 3 days after Christmas-- around 1 pm. A handwritten note on the door said that they would be closed the Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday after Christmas and would resume normal hours on Thursday and Friday. THIS IS THE WEEK AFTER CHRISTMAS WHEN EVERYONE WANTS TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE MERCHANDISE!!!!! Left without any answers and tried calling about 50 times again on Thursday-- What? Still no answer. Went back to the store on Thursday and a different handwritten note on the door said that they would be closed on Thursday and would reopen on Friday. Luckily, someone inadvertently left the door unlocked and I went in. I was not going to leave without a refund. The condition of the store was an absolute disaster-- just like their customer service. So many boxes everywhere it looked like they were moving. I asked if they were and was told that they were opening more stores-- which is a horrible mistake IMO. The guy (Bennie, I think) that finally gave me a refund was very apologetic, but nothing could make up for that total disregard for my time, effort, satisfaction and lack of Christmas gifts that I ordered within a reasonable time frame to expect delivery by Christmas-- especially since I live in Dallas! They are the Southwest Airlines of Clothing Stores and I will tell everyone I know not to step foot in this mismanaged, rude and disorganized nightmare of a business!

I have ordered multiple times from the Dallas and Fort Worth stores. Every time they have gone over and above giving me excellent service. The last time the employee literally went on his off time to pick up my order from another store so I could get it before Christmas. They have won me over numerous times with outstanding customer service. Support your local business and support Centre!! They are a first class run small business. I can't say enough good things about them.

Growing appreciation for high-end sneakers, and continually impressed with Centre, their staff and inventory. On my most recent visit, their staff member, Fredy, really took to the time to figure out what styles I was looking for and made great suggestions for what they had now, and what styles will be coming out in the next few weeks. Plus, with each pair, he gave a little education on why this particular pair was great, or different from other styles or previous versions of the same line. Will be back again soon for sure.
