The food is good but they always give me what they want and not what I ask for. They still have the audacity to say that they can no longer change my order because it has already been placed. It is the eighth time they have done the same.
Cesar's Donuts was established in Oak Cliff in 1996 by Cesar Jasso, a man with a simple vision to live the American Dream of owning His own business. Since selling doughnuts was primarily a morning-only business, Cesar gave the idea of selling tacos a shot. It brought such success, that overtime the menu dropped doughnuts completely, and the restaurant evolved into the Cesar's Tacos it is today.
