About CEVA Logistics
CEVA Logistics is a delivery service that has received mixed reviews from customers. Many appreciate the friendly staff and efficient service, noting that deliveries can be completed quickly once checked in properly. For those delivering for Target, it is important to check in at gate C and use door #1 or #20. Most customers report quick unloading times, with some drivers being particularly praised for their helpfulness and professionalism.
However, there are also complaints about delays and communication issues. Some customers experienced late deliveries, which affected their schedules, despite having a designated time window. There were instances where customers had to wait for updates and deal with long hold times when calling customer service. Additionally, there were concerns regarding the behavior and appearance of the delivery personnel, specifically regarding cigarette smoke.
Overall, CEVA Logistics seems to offer a generally positive delivery experience, but there are areas for improvement, particularly in communication and timely service.

They are well organized. Usually they load my trailer around 45 mins. If its their trailer, usually its ready for pick up around 30 mins before the appointment time
