I had an outstanding customer service experience with Sam S. at the Northpark location. Sam efficiently and graciously helped me with a return/purchase for a special occasion dress. His communication skills about each step of the process were impeccable. He clearly is an invaluable asset to the Carolina Herrera team at Northpark. Sam's persistent efforts have earned my loyalty to the CH location at Northpark, Dallas, TX.Thank you Sam!!

The Worst customer service I’ve had at the location in North Park Mall Dallas. I went yesterday 6/28/2022 I walked in to the store nobody greets employees don’t pay attention when you walk in. I was in there for about 10 minutes looking for a shirt and nobody asked if I needed help I had to go look for someone to help me out. Wish he couldn’t help me and had a bad attitude. I will not be going there again and don’t recommend it.

Terrible experience. The price tag was wrong and I didn't notice until after I got charged went back and told them but the sales lady said she couldn't fix it so she was going to have the manager contact me but they didn't ?. Please check the price on the tag clearly, they will try to fool you. I can’t believe I bought a luxury brand and had this experience.

I'm so regret to make a purchase at this store before checking this store on yelp. No wonder they only have 3 stars. They try to fool me the price and discount. I thought it's a luxury brand but it was terrible . Please make sure u check the price with ur eye and calculate the discount ur self don't believe what they say.

I am so shocked with the behavior I witnessed at this store this afternoon. A friend of mine and I went to the store to pick up two items that we order and paid for to be sent to the store. The manager refuses to release items since we did not have ID: we have proof of purchase, statements showing the transactions and extensive details of what we ordered, dates, and who we worked with. I was hoping to buy two pairs of shoes from this store which I'd been eyeballing however, after seeing the manager Dave literally clapping his hands while raising his voice in attitude rage at my friend I was disgusted with the entire brand and never want to remember being at this store. Such a shame this behavior is nasty I hate seeing people talk to other like this in any setting but it's crazy to think he's being enabled to do so in a customer service setting. Carolina Herrera- please rethink the people you choose to represent your brand. This is so important in such a competitive space.
